Congratulations Jessie, Penelope is a beautiful name and is on my list (but not DH's!) she looks so cute and really snuggleable! 5 hours is pretty speedy, DD was 4 and I was in shock from it all being so fast!
Been up with DD since 3am! Am hanging and got a manky cold, don't want to let her nap as she needs to sleep tonight! She's not ill, she just wanted to play about.
If your area offer it, the NCT have a bra fitting service, which I will be using this time around, if you give rough pre-pregnant sizes they'll come with a selection to try at 38 weeks and will come back at 6 weeks ish to see if the fit is good and opportunity to buy more. They tend to be very good at fitting and have had glowing reviews of their services.
MC and M&S were awful when fitting me, last time tried to put me in 40C when I was wearing 34G pre-pregnancy. I sorted myself out in the end with 34H and the odd 36J. Good fit is important. Also be aware that brands vary quite a bit, a 36J Miriam Stoppard was small all over, yet Royce and Elomi were good fits. I loved my Elomi soft flex bras (softer underwire).
Some bugger stole my knackered Maclaren from my doorstep! It was due for the scrap heap, but the cheek of it. Went for a walk with DD and as it was raining, we went on got dry, sorted out lunch and 20 minutes later it was gone. You've got to walk up the drive to the door and we have a levelled area by the door, it can't have blown away as you've got to steer around/negotiate past the bushes, pots and tractor. Planned on buying another nearly new one, but am rather pissed.
MrsS hope you are settling back to normal, it's very frustrating and invading knowing they've been through your stuff.
