Hello and welcome to another shiny fred for Just Shagging graduates!

The last fred was nice and busy so fingers crossed we get lots more members Grin

We've just moved over from the Shagged Out Viroids Volume 5 thread, where we finally found out that a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!
The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

Our stats thread is here, so if you find us, please add your stats too.

There is also a Just Mumming thread for grads of the grads thread Confused Grin

And if you want to find out what Just Shagging is about or catch up with the undergrads go say hello to the Just Shaggers here, now on the 12th thread Thanks

Hi all - you poor thing waves. Are you actually Kate Middleton in disguise? Actually, she has to do a lot of waving and smiling... Xmas Hmm Xmas Grin

Well done guinea's DH and woo hoo to tired getting her boobs out for the lads

I'm getting twinges too and in fact was woking up by a sharp stabbing pain in my side (not MiniWing kicking) which was not pleasant.

I've been working today half-heartedly and went for a lovely 2-hour xmas meal with DH and my DPs in our village cafe. I am stuffed now though as I have eaten a lot these last two days Xmas Smile

Xmas present shopping done now, food shopping to do on Saturday (which I am dreading).

Oh waves that sounds really rotten poor you. I hope it eases off soon. Have they given you anything for the sickness?

wing I'm jealous of you eating a lot as I seem to have no capacity left for food at all. Little bit at a time is all I can manage.

guine I really chuckled reading you last post about your photos too! GrinHow's the work going?

I'm trying desperately to pack as we actually go away tomorrow for Christmas. We are staying in a pretty oast house I. Kent with DH parents. Presents are sorted bit of wrapping left to do. I'll be slinging clothes in bags while the boys are at school tomorrow morning. DH was lovely today and came home with some new slippers for me as I've been wearing ds2's because mine are worn out.

WingDefence · 20/12/2012 20:32

Well tired I'm eating it, but goodness me I woke up with indigestion last night (after the stabbing pain)! Good job I bought some Gaviscon at the weekend but I'm trying to save it for Xmas Xmas Grin

Anyone else watching Emmerdale...?

ICompletelyKnowAboutGuineaPigs · 20/12/2012 22:14

I'm catching up on Strictly from three weeks ago.

I've only just started being able to eat any sort of adult sized meal. I'm trying to make the most of it over Christmas as I LOVE Christmas dinner and I know it won't last long. Feeling for you Tired but just think you're going to have a baby soon and its so exciting (sorry am a little giddy and over excited about imminent baby arrivals - my friend is due in January and I can't wait!)

Never had indigestion before so this a new 'pleasure' for me. Seems to be chocolate that brings it on Angry , such a shame I had a craving for Dairy Milk tonight.

MrsBri · 20/12/2012 22:22

Evening all!

I'm having a bad evening...Sainsbury's just failed to deliver our Christmas food :-( The driver went to the wrong place and they tried to blame me for not answering the phone (I did, but nobody spoke after.numerous hellos) and then not answering the door.

There's actually a note on file about where we are too, which he ignored.

I'm stressed and annoyed. :-(

Arrggghhh.

Pineapple80 · 21/12/2012 06:47

Hi Ladies! Hope you're all ready and prepared for Christmas.

mrsbri - ahh what a disaster about your groceries! Did they end up delivering or do u have to go out to get it all now?

waves - hope you are feeling better soon. Along with everyone else not feeling too good lately...

something - 10 weeks! Wow not long to go at all, so exiting Smile.

Well I have been keeping a bit low this week because I got my Nuchal blood results back Tues and when combined with the measurements etc my risk for baby having Down Syndrome was 1:23. The tri18 risk was also quite high. We were shocked as the measurements were good and there was a nasal bone seen on baby scan. I'm also 32... My GP dis say it was my Papp-A levels that were very low which put my risk right up there.

Anyway to cut long story short, we decided on doing CVS as it was important for us to know. We got the results today and its all clear! It's a relief and glad baby is ok.

Wishing you and your families a safe and merry Christmas x

tiredteddy · 21/12/2012 07:05

Oh pineapple what a relief for you. Very glad everything is ok. Not surprised you were worried and laying low.

mrsbri what happened next with the shopping? A re-delivery or do you have to go and do it.

Last day of school today, hooray!

MrsBri · 21/12/2012 07:20

Oh, thank goodness it's all ok, pineapple. What a relief.

And I'm getting a call at 8.30 this morning from the online team to find out what we can do. If they can't redeliver I'll be even more angry than I am now! I don't appreciate being called a liar. No matter how many times I said the bloke went to the wrong place, he just kept repeating that he had been. Sigh!

We shall see what happens next, but I've already lodged my complaint with the online team rather than just leave the branch to deal with it.

Keep feeling a bit non pregnant this week as I'm in that limbo period where I'm feeling better but can't feel baby. It's odd!

My bump and boobs are MAHOOSIVE though. Not sure why bump is as I'm only 14 weeks! No subtlety here :-/

StuckOnTopOfTheChristmasTree · 21/12/2012 07:20

Pineapple - so glad it turned out ok in the end... Must have been a stressful few days

Mrs Bri - you'd expect better from sainsburys, hope you've got your groceries now...

Guineapigs - can't wait for Xmas dinner either as well, glad it's traditionally a daytime meal because I'd miss out if it was evening as that's when I can't eat anymore!

Tired - sounds like a nice break, hope you can put your feet up on your new slippers!

And a big wave to everyone else... On my mobile and can't see much more on my screen! Last day at work and I can't wait for it to be over... Am so ready for a break! Still got some present and food shopping to do but am hoping (could be being a bit naive here) that it won't be too bad...
At least we cheat here and go out for the main Xmas meal and I don't need to worry about that!

Pineapple80 · 21/12/2012 08:22

Thanks all, it is a relief and really relaxing now Smile.

Stuck - have a good last day of work!

MrsBri - hope your shopping gets sorted today then! How annoying and talk about bad timing to stuff things up! Great to hear you're feeling better. I am also feeling a lot better these days, only very occasionally feeling sick after a meal but am mostly well now.

Have a good Friday all

MrsBri · 21/12/2012 08:41

Shopping is coming between 6 and 7 tonight. Thank god! :-)

Bloke was nice as pie...I imagine he had been told to just sort it.

Have you had any luck finding work yet, pineapple?

WingDefence · 21/12/2012 09:13

Oh NO MrsBri! Xmas Angry But yay that is has got sorted!

We had Sainsburys deliver last year but I remember the site kept crashing when I was finalising the shop and it took me two hours to do. It was so stressful I'm just going super early tomorrow instead and doing it in person.

Pineapple, how stressful for you, but I'm so glad everything is okay. Although I should say that having a Downs child, whilst it can be a shock, can be a lovely rewarding thing too and not the end of the world IYKWIM. One of my friends has a lovely Downs boy who is coming up to 2 and it hadn't been diagnosed so it was a massive shock for her but now of course she wouldn't change him for the world! Xmas Smile

Last day at work for me too for 2 weeks hurrah! I'm not sure what I have to do today so hopefully I'll get some admin done (yawn) and perhaps some present wrapping too Xmas Smile

Stay warm and comfy all!

Pineapple80 · 21/12/2012 09:16

Hooray MrsBri! Grin

I am waiting to hear back from my former boss actually. I met with them earlier this week and they indicated there may be work available in the new year. Fingers crossed! It'll be tricky if if I do get work as i will have to tell them I'm pregnant almost straight away. I haven't even had an offer yet so I'll deal with that when and if it happens! Have you told your colleagues at your work yet MrsBri?

MrsBri · 21/12/2012 12:09

Ooh...good luck!

I've just been told that my training contract (to become a solicitor) starts on 14th Jan :-) Good to get a start date and some certainty. Just had to email the training principal to tell him the news so he can plan when certain things happen, so his response will be interesting.

Most people do know, yes, though I haven't broadcast it. I've ballooned so much that hiding it is impossible!

Pineapple80 · 21/12/2012 12:49

Oh excellent MrsBri!

Argh I'm not even showing!! My jeans are a teeny bit tight lately but keep looking in the mirror for signs of a bump every day! Ha ha Grin. I can't wait to have something to show!

WingDefence · 21/12/2012 13:04

Brilliant news you two Xmas Grin

I'm massive already. The part-time midwife I know (who also runs our village cafe) told me I looked about 6-8 weeks further gone than I am so I'm paranoid about it now Xmas Sad but there isn't anything I can do. Apart from this past week or so I've not been pigging out and eating tons doesn't affect the size of the baby bump so who knows if/why I'm larger than normal. I haven't got a MW appt until after the new year. In fact, that reminds me, I should probably try to book it right now...

OP posts:
WingDefence · 21/12/2012 13:16

I say 'already' but I'm 25 weeks tomorrow so I should be showing by now anyway! Xmas Grin

Just tried to book my 28wk MW appt for w/c 14th Jan but they are puting in a new computer system and can't book past the 7th Jan. The receptionist told me to call back in the first week of Jan when I know it will be chaos as there will be the inevitable 'teething problems' no doubt

OP posts:
MrsBri · 21/12/2012 17:56

I am massive, ridiculously so :-/ It's a nice neat front bump though, but still not normal at 14 weeks!

I'm probably as many weeks ahead as you.

Even my boss - female - commented on the size of my boobs today too. They're making an impression!

So glad it's the weekend. Only got to get my hair cut and view a house (3 x beds / 2 x reception / conservatory) tomorrow. Rather excited about the house...would be perfect if it is nice. Bit of a shock after a 2 bed flat. In a good way :-)

What's everyone else up to?

tiredteddy · 21/12/2012 18:10

Well nine if you can be as big as me as I'm 36 weeks now! Grin Measuring spot on for dates. We have just stopped at waitrose fir supplies then 10 mins further we will be at our holiday cottage for Xmas. The car is rammed full I can only just see the boys in the back, they are almost buried under duvets etc.

tiredteddy · 21/12/2012 18:11

none of course!

WingDefence · 21/12/2012 20:02

Oh have a lovely time at the oast house tired! My family are all originally from Kent (don't ask me if they are Men of Kent or Kentish Men though!) Xmas Smile

I'll be off to the Sainsburys superstore early (7am) in the morning to do our food shopping although thankfully we have a lot of it already. Argh! Xmas Confused

OP posts:
Pineapple80 · 21/12/2012 21:38

Have a great time tired!!! And hope shopping isn't too stressful wing Grin

Just a quiet weekend for us here. It's going to be very warm 30C + over Sat/Sun! Wink

tiredteddy · 22/12/2012 17:44

Thanks everyone! Grin Its beautiful here. But raining of course like the rest of England. We've hit sainsburys early today si food shopping done. Now it's DVD and present wrapping time.

WingDefence · 22/12/2012 18:17

Pineapple Xmas Envy You lucky thing!

It's been chucking it down today so we've had a quiet one (after an actually very pleasant and civilised food shop this morning). DH and DS made yummy mince pies earlier and we went to the village cafe for a lazy lunch with friends.

DS had a free Christmas phone call from Mickey Mouse this afternoon which he loved. Mickey told him that he'd seen Santa and he was on the good list and he was so chuffed - it was wonderful!

If you've got DCs already who like Mickey Mouse, there are loads of time slots left (you book it for a 15-min slot and ours came dead on 4pm) and I thoroughly recommend it! Xmas Grin

OP posts:
WingDefence · 23/12/2012 20:05

Evening all!

Right, DS has just gone down to bed (singing away though) so I'm going to have to try to get DH's pressies wrapped extra-speedily while he's at church tonight... Hang on, car outside... Phew, tis next-door neighbour!

Right, I'd better get on. Hope you've all had lovely days and aren't running around too much (if you can Xmas Smile
