Wotcha rose, welcome on board & congratulations! We're a bit of a sicky, worried bunch at the moment, but am sure the mood will pick up soonish!

Still being messed about by lawyers this morning so can't imagine we 'll exchange. Yet another week goes by :( it is do stressful and desperately disappointing.

heehee poor you. I am sure all is absolutely well but you are understandably nervous given your experience last time. Perhaps a call to your mw would put your mind at ease? Certainly a restful day is a good idea. Try to stay positive...

Most cross about boob related growth. Nothing here, not even a twinge. I mean, I am Glad that they aren't sore, but a bit of extra boobage wouldnt go amiss :o

Popinda · 13/07/2012 11:32

Welcome to all the newbies! I'm so rubbish at keeping up! This thread moves so quickly! Smile
I think I'm being hit with nausea! Been feeling rubbish yesterday and today! Last night on the train I wasn't sure whether I'm going to faint first or be sick! I'm so hungry all the time! If I don't eat I feel like I'm gonna faint! Also, very, very tired and complete luck of energy!
Just wanted to ask if it is normal for my boobs not to be sore anymore? They were sore only a bit, but now not at all!
I hope everyone is doing fine and all the worries we are having will be gone in few weeks and we get to our blooming period! Can't wait! This is utterly rubbish!

Popinda · 13/07/2012 11:35

woody how did you get on this morning? Did you get to see your little bean? Smile

HeeHeeHeeBum · 13/07/2012 11:41

Thanks tiddley. I don't have a midwife yet unfortunately, the doc wouldn't book me in yet as she think it's too early. I guess I will just have to see if it happens again.
Welcome rose.
Popinda My boobs aren't sore at all. They were a bit at first but feel normal now.

hi everyone, I thought I would avoid work for 15 minutes and list everyone's progress so we all know where everyone is - just a useful reference (and a good diversion for me!). This is what I could summise thus far. Please add or amend. Now back to work for me!

suzy it's funny you said that my edd is 7.3., because by my lmp is 04.03. And that's what I put in stats thread. But I know that by my ov dates is going to be 07.03. How spooky is that! Smile thanks for doing the list. Smile

JoJoBella84 · 13/07/2012 13:03

Thank you for your kind words everyone! We are both thrilled with the news and I have been on a high for the past couple of weeks :) I've worked out my EDD to be around 23rd Feb (if the websites are to be believed) but I don't know much about this stuff (as I was so irregular before I can't be certain of cycle length)!
I feel very low energy at the moment and have had mild period pains since my last period... is this normal? Does anyone else suffer with mild cramping? I'm due to meet my midwife on 24th so can discuss with her but I have no spotting etc so I'm not too worried yet.
I'm having some great travel sickness and incredibly sore breasts, I think I should probably get re-measured to see if a new bra would help!

motherOfOne27 · 13/07/2012 13:06

Hello ladies.

Some sad news im afraid, yesterday i had a blood test to find out what is happening with me as i don't feel pregnant and id had five positive and a negative test.
Basically my doctor rang me and said it looks like my hcg levels are very low, she said they should be in there thousands but aren't. which maybe an indication of early missed miscarriage! :(
I event had any bleeding not even spotting so im now shaking every time i go for a wee. i had cramping early on which has completely gone now, this was with diareah overtime sorry tmi but just how it was.
Im going to an early scan at 9:30am to find out eats happening it maybe etopic too :( i was so excited and now its all gone i feel so lonely as this is what my partner wanted and he's no support. in fact i told him and he said he was going out getting drunk until id said that and wants to come with me now.
Either way our three year relationship is no more I've seen his true colours and the damage is irreparable.
Good luck to everyone with their pregnancies and i will keep you informed tomorrow xxx

motherOfOne27 · 13/07/2012 13:08

Oh and i was due on 12th march ish :(

suzydelarosa · 13/07/2012 13:17

oh motherofone that is dreadful. I am so sorry for you and whatever platitudes I relay, won't make it better. It certainly does show that you definitely wanted this baby!

Look after yourself and we'll all be thinking of you.

It does make me think it might be worth going to the doctors as my preg symptoms especially tender breasts have really subsided in last few days.

JoJoBella84 · 13/07/2012 13:18

motherofone27 I'm sorry to hear your news. Keep us informed and I have everything crossed for you.

tiddleypompom · 13/07/2012 13:19

mother I am so so sorry to hear your news. How terribly sad, words can't describe. I do hope that there is someone in RL who can support you through this, and your relationship breakdown if that is what you choose. I am angry on your behalf that your partner has behaved so selfishly & callously - and at a time where you will need genuine love and support. I hope that the scan tomorrow is conclusive either way and that you are given some understanding and advice as to how to best proceed. There are some amazing ladies here on MN who will help you too - if it does turn out to be a mmc. I wish you well for the future and am sure that there will be blue skies ahead. Take solace in your dd and that strength that we know you have x

tiddleypompom · 13/07/2012 13:20

suzy my boobs aren't a bit sore anymore either. Hope dr provides some reassurance but try not to worry too much meantime :)

tiddleypompom · 13/07/2012 13:25

Another add-on...

jojo cramping is entirely normal - your uterus will be starting to stretch, you are full of pregnancy hormones & over the next few weeks a LOT is going on. Buy a lovely book that takes you through pregnancy week by week and enjoy fOllowing the progress. It'll make you less twitchy when you appreciate what massive changes your body is going through.

Sorry was that horribly patronising? Really not meaning to be and I am no expert believe me, it's just it really helped me last time :)

motherOfOne27 · 13/07/2012 13:44

Thank you all.
im in shock I have got a friend who said she'll come round later but the one person i really need is my boyfriend, he used to make me feel so loved and now nothing. i have a little cry between doing things around the house and im petrified of going to the loo.
I just want the scan now to know what's going on.
Tiddley im not even angry anymore im just emotionally exhausted :(
Ill re post my news tomorrow xxx

TinkerBellaFlora · 13/07/2012 13:53

Oh, sweet Jesus motherofone, so sorry to hear what you're going through. Please do look after yourself and know that we'll all be thinking of you. I know it's scant consolation but, like you say, at least you know your 'D'Ps true colours now...

heehee (and Jessie if you're reading) you too, make sure you're kind to yourself at the moment. Any news woody?

Sorry I haven't kept up with everyone the past few days but I've felt frigging awful in my defence. My throat is still so sore (agony to swallow) and work has been proper busy which hasn't help. My DD also has a nasty rash at the moment (otherwise seems fine) so I've been going into google overload any spare internet time I can grab. DP is with DD and is unimpressed that it's a trip to the walk in surgery rather than the park this afternoon...

In other news, I did another digi test this morning (I know, I know) and I've gone up to 3+ weeks. Given that I was 1-2 weeks on Wednesday 4 July (day I got my first bfp) and 2-3 weeks when I tested on Monday 9 July, I'm really pleased with this! Something would appear to be happening at least.

I am finding it weird though that, apart from general cramping, which very much comes and goes, the (extremely) limited symptoms I'm getting this time seem so different to the ones I got last time. Last time, literally within days of conceiving, I easily jumped up a cup size and had really painful boobs. This time, I thought I was out because of the absence of boob enhancement going on early last week. Still nada on that front. I don't recall getting this breathless last time though. I was on a conference call yesterday and everyone must have thought I was properly nervous but it was just that the act of getting up to shut my door before talking that had led to me being out of puff. Is anyone else finding that the symptoms they are experiencing this time are different to the ones experienced in any previous pregnancies?

Susy, excellent work on the stats front. EDD 16 March for me.

Tiddley sorry to hear you're still waiting to exchange. Will keep my fingers crossed it happens shortly. Focus on the positive though, at least you're as near as damn it. We've had our house on the market since before Christmas and, despite loads of viewings and having dropped our price twice, no offers as yet. Please, please, please, please someone buy our house...

Also, welcome Sunny, JoJo and Rose. Good to have you aboard!

ilpm · 13/07/2012 14:05

Hi everybody. I was on the thread but haven't kept up with posting so ages ago now! Had a bit of a scare this week. Had some bleeding which was more than the spotting I had earlier on and ended up getting an early scan today after phoning EPU yesterday and going to a and e last night. Turns out everything is fine and got to see the heartbeat (smile) they couldn't see any reason for bleeding so been told to ease off the exercise and lifting stuff as I noticed I get more bleeding after gym classes. The said it could be the cervix is irritated. Feeling much more positive now as was worried yesterday when they obviously suspected an ectopic.

jessie I know you are waiting for a second scan in similar circumstances so I hope it goes well.

ilpm · 13/07/2012 14:06

Oh no my smiley didn't work!

motherofone, so sorry to hear this latest news. what a horrible, mixed-up time. let's see what tomorrow's scan brings. fingers crossed for you xx

suzydelarosa · 13/07/2012 14:19

Oh shit, tinkerbella I'm still only showing 1-2 weeks due on the Clearblue and I'm due at the same time as you. this doesn't bode well. With the first mc I had it was the same problem --- the indicator didn't show an increase in HCG levels and low and behold, mc... drats.

Will test again tomorrow!

pipsicles · 13/07/2012 14:33

motherofone I am so sorry to hear how difficult things are for you right now. Please know that we are thinking of you and that there is lots of wonderful support here on mn for you. If your scan does bring bad news, I'd recommend the miscarriage thread when you feel ready - knowing I wasn't the only one going through that experience was really reassuring when I had my mmc in April.

Thanks for doing the stats Suzy - that must have taken you ages!

Tinkerbella I found that both my mmc pg and this one have very different symptoms to my first. A lot of people with two DCs that I have spoken to have said that their boobs were fairly normal second time around. Like you, I've been waiting for my 'boob job' too, but it appears to be very slow! DH keeps insisting that they might be a bit bigger, but I think it's just his excuse for a quick grope! I've not been that forthcoming since my BFP, bless him, so I guess he's taking every small opportunity he can!

Last night I mentioned that I was getting some pains - they're in my right side, under my ribs and round towards my back. I partly thought it might be a urine infection, but I hadn't felt that pain since my mmc and never had it with DS, so have been in a bit of a panic to say the least. I had my 'hello, I'm pregnant' appointment with my dr today and she referred me straight to the epu for a scan. I am really happy to say that all is well and even though I'm only measuring 5weeks, (I thought I was 5+6), we saw a teeny little heartbeat! The sonograher was amazed! I am feeling happier, although don't feel completely out of the woods just yet. Apparently the pain is to do with my corpus luteum because this baby has been conceived from my right ovary (same as DS - must be a good sign), and it can cause all sorts of niggles all the way until 10-12 weeks! HeeHee the sonograher also found a bleed in my womb, which hasn't come out yet and may, or may not. I was told it is probably a result of implantation, but they are not worried at all and said if i get any brown spotting that i shouldn't be concerned. I don't know if that's any reassurance for you, but wanted to let you know anyway.

TinkerBellaFlora · 13/07/2012 14:42

Suzy - So sorry that my post is causing you anxiety (I'd already been thinking that it had been insensitive in the context of what everyone else is going through)!

I know nothing is going to make you feel better until you get a good result but, for what it's worth, I ovulate early. I was also using the cb monitor so I am pretty damn confident that I ovulated on Friday 22 June (which means it makes sense that I got a 3+ result for the first time today). If you ovulate later than me in your cycle (as the vast, vast majority of women do) then, although we're due around the same time based on LMP and a standard cycle length, it is entirely possible that you conceived several days/well over a week later than me.

It is most definitely not over yet and I will be keeping everything crossed for you!

TinkerBellaFlora · 13/07/2012 14:45

Congrats pips, that's amazing seeing a hb at 5 weeks!
