Also brooking for Gen and Olives :)

Stacks - I'm another for whom Gaviscon did very little, but Rennies were great! Particularly the orange ones - possibly because they taste like sweets...

Hoping there's some Ninja sneezing going on...

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 03/07/2012 14:15

:o musical I can't buy fruity Tums or I find DH scoffing them!

Yes, ninja has been very suspicious in her absence today!

GenericDietCola · 03/07/2012 14:32

Hello, I'm back from scan. All was well - phew! Baby is measuring 12+2, which gives me a due date of 13 Jan just like Whim! DD is very excited about being a big sister and DH and I are just relieved. Better start telling people at some point I suppose, although it's been quite nice to have it as a secret for so long.

Hope Ninja is doing OK!

JenFraggle · 03/07/2012 14:37

Yay for great scan Gen. Hopefully you can breathe a little easier now

NinjaChipmunk · 03/07/2012 14:47

huzzah! for a great scan gen thats brilliant news, I hope you can relax a little bit now and bless your dd for being so excited!
no sneeze action here I'm afraid. Still pregnant and uncomfortable. I started a thread asking about sweeps in the hope there would be loads of people going ooh yeah it started things nicely that day and so far everyone who has answered has said its done bugger all for them. I do hope it doesn't go as far as induction. can you be induced in a mw led unit??

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 03/07/2012 14:52

Yay Generic :) Faberoo news indeed :)

Oh dear Ninja I've no idea! When's your sweep, did you say Thursday or am I making that up?

JenFraggle · 03/07/2012 14:55

Sorry to disappoint Ninja but in Cornwall, induction can't be done at MLU :(

NinjaChipmunk · 03/07/2012 14:56

yes thursday. they book the induction at the same appointment i believe. hopefully it won't get to that, but I do know that me, my brother, dp and his sister were all overdue and arrived somewhere between 10 days and 3 weeks late!

DreamingOfPeace · 03/07/2012 15:39

Induction can't be done at a MLU ninja AFAIK. As it involves drips, drugs and higher risks of intervention. That's here anyway. You won't need it anyway, Brookety Brook Brook Brook.

NinjaChipmunk · 03/07/2012 16:15

pssst, don't tell anyone and apologies for tmi but there may have just been some pink mucus when I wiped

dream thats what I thought, hopefully it won't get that far.......

GreenOlives · 03/07/2012 16:36

Feathers, pepper and all other sneeze-inductors being applied (mentally) at Ninja. Go go gogogogogogogo. Probably too late, innit!

Well done Gen - a weight off your mind; hope you can relax more now. I've almost forgotten I'm pregnant in the last few days since my scan. Well, maybe for nano-second. Grin

ScreamIfYouWantToGoFaster · 03/07/2012 23:37

Stacks · 04/07/2012 08:57

Hope you've sneezed that baby out Ninja, and are busy with new born snuggles.

Gen amazing news on your scan. You'll be at 20 weeks in no time at all as far as everyone else is concerned, for you time may drag just a little!
