Early poas-er seeks other December 2012 due dates

I've just had the official confirmation from my digital clearblue test after many a faint line. I have calculated my due date as 5th December and conception started with a curry, how much information am I supposed to share? Boobs aren't sore yet, just a bit bigger. Have had a horrific cold/flu/sore throat for a week and I am very very irrational.

Anyone else out there?

Hello all - I'm back again, I had decided it was all over due to lack of symptoms on Friday. Thank you to everyone for the reassurance - I ended up taking myself away from mumsnet as I was getting into a fankle with all the conflicting advice on loss of symptoms and decided I should rely on patience rather than google!

Anyway, my very mild boob and nipple soreness has hung on so I'm not giving up hope yet. Also hpt lines are still not as dark as the control line unless I use REALLY concentrated urine (been the same for 6 days now, which doesn't bode well). But hey ho.... you never no... and I did get a Clearblue 3+ today, so that's gotta be good at 3w2d.

I've added my stats too. Lovely to meet you all.

DKNY - that sounds very familiar, i'm just the same, should i be worrying? i've been trying to convince myself i'll be glad of days of no symptoms in a few weeks time. lines still faint however many i pee on though growing gradually darker. any excuse to worry

Helloo everyone. Please can someone add me to "the list" (approx DD 4 Dec, DC1) as I'm just on a phone.
Finally got my call from the mw today who left a message to say they don't see people until 8-10 weeks! Is that right? I feel like I'm being fobbed off as I won't have seen a GP or a mw at all before then... Not sure what to do?

pleasebethismonth · 03/04/2012 19:18

I'm also symptom free so know how you feel DKNY. Fingers and toes crossed for us all.

pleasebethismonth · 03/04/2012 19:20

it's pants isn't it Yikes! I phoned the doc today and they can't fit me in til next Thursday!

Yikes, I won't see a midwife until I'm 9 weeks. Spoke to her over the phone, and she assured me I could call her if I had any issues. I was under a different PCT when I had DD, but I remember it being much the same then. It's kind of anti-climatic when we're all so excited!

DKNY, I had a couple of days last week when my symptoms eased and I convinced myself of the worst. Back with a vengeance now! Must remember to enjoy the easier days and not spend them worrying... Hmm

KMBatfink · 03/04/2012 19:26

Issima - I cross posted with you, so missed you.

Can I just ask - is ANYONE who is due Dec 1st - 5th ish still poas each morning to see if the lines are getting darker???

Glad others are symptom free too. I know we should enjoy it, but I keep willing myself to throw up, or feel just a teensy weensy bit tired! And I'm sure my boobs are only sore cause I poke them at every opportunity.

lauraloo09 · 03/04/2012 20:08

Evening everyone it's great to see the list getting bigger. I've been having some nausea and extreme tiredness but all I have is tiredness now I know symptoms come and go glad to know I'm not the only one.

yikes I'm not able to be seen by midwife until 20th April I'll be 7weeks+1 then so wish I could be seen sooner as was hoping for a scan around the 8 week mark to ensure everything is ok as babe conceived on clomid after 1.5 years of TTC and it took us 3 years to conceive DD

DKNY I last POAS on Sunday and line was just as dark as control line and as GP confirmed yesterday I won't do anymore tests xx

YikesHereWeGo · 03/04/2012 20:22

Thanks for advice on mw appointments, I feel like such a novice with all this. Err, I mean I am such a novice.
DKNY - Boob-poking - lol!!!!!!!!

pleasebethismonth · 03/04/2012 20:27

DKNY if I had more tests I would def be using them!!!

smongesmonge · 03/04/2012 20:35

DKNY - I have done two tests. 1st one to check if I was pregnant, it had a faint line. The 2nd one was on the morning I was due to go to the doctors. I'm in Ireland and the drs costs ?50, but is free if you're pregnant, so I quickly rechecked before I went! The line was much stronger for the 2nd test, although it was only a few days later.

The dr wrote me a letter that I am supposed to post to the hospital. I have yet to send it Blush. It has been in my bag for a week, must get on to it. Once they get the letter then they'll send me an appt, should get a scan for between 12 and 16 weeks. By what date do you get your 1st scan in the UK?

Feeling tired, sore boobs, low level nausea.

SleepyCaz · 03/04/2012 20:57

Hello

Very scared to post. Bit of background here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/1441231-BFP-Terrified-of-MC-Hand-hold

My BFP's were very faint, that was Friday. Haven't POAS'd since, as have no cash for a few days for HPT's.

Still expect a bleed each time I go to the toilet and still pessimistic, but trying hard to think positive.

SeymoreButts · 03/04/2012 22:23

Congratulations to all the new BFPs!

I've got no symptoms now, I seem to remember them coming and going at this stage so I'm trying not to worry. With DS I didn't see the midwife until after my 1st scan, I was booked in at 15 weeks! With DD I was booked at 8 weeks. I think it varies by area.

SeymoreButts · 03/04/2012 22:27

SleepyCaz, just read your thread. How many weeks are you now? Have you been given an early scan date? I've got everything crossed for you.

Quodlibet · 03/04/2012 22:31

minipie whoop whoop! congratulations!

Sorry to crash your thread ladies. I am still in agony of 2ww and spending too much time on MN

Chloe55 · 04/04/2012 04:58

Also posting from a phone so would be very grateful if someone could add me please-approx dd 8th dec, %232. Cant sleep, hence the ridiculous post time! Was so so tired at work yesterday-am a vet nurse so spend most if the day on my feet and didn't get lunch til 2pm so felt like I was about to pass out! Not working til 3 today and ds on a trip so hoping I can catch up with some sleep later on before work.

I did a clearblue digital test yesterday as my Internet cheapies were still very faint. It came up 2-3 which I was hoping to see so it's put my mind at rest a little. I did, however, have a tiny bit of bleeding yesterday but had that with all 3 of my pregnancies, one resulted in ds so am trying to stay positive.

Just picking up on what u said teacosy about going to see your friend. When u do decide to tell her please don't be hurt if she gets upset, she will be pleased for u but she will also be devastated that her pg didn't work out and unfortunately u now will be a constant reminder of that. I apologise if that sounds harsh but I'm speaking from experience Sad she will prob need time to come to terms with it.

Welcome new bfps Grin
