Early poas-er seeks other December 2012 due dates

I've just had the official confirmation from my digital clearblue test after many a faint line. I have calculated my due date as 5th December and conception started with a curry, how much information am I supposed to share? Boobs aren't sore yet, just a bit bigger. Have had a horrific cold/flu/sore throat for a week and I am very very irrational.

Anyone else out there?

Had a rubbish day today my whole body just aches and have sharp pains all at the bottom of my stomach and at the top of my neck and shoulders can not wait to see the doctor on Thursday.

Not been here for a few days with the kids off school, had my first nauseous day yesterday. Im with you codwidow, freaking out about the 5 kids thing. 4 kids is nearly normal these days. I know loads of families with 4 but only one very impressive mum with 5 and I don't know if I can be that impressive. Dh home next week so can finally talk face to face about it instead of whispered codes over the phone.

I had a real panic last night about whether I'm doing the right thing, can I cope, am I being totally selfish to the others, what will other people think of me!! After 15 months of trying you'd have thought I was sure by now :) aarrgghh hormones they are making me an emotional idiot!

The exhaustion is killing me at the mo and feel really achey in my pelvis area (I'm not complaining as I had no symptoms at all when I had my mc so grateful to have some.

Congratulations to all the new BFPs! This thread moves so quickly, it's taken me ages to catch up!

We've been very busy since we got back to the UK and I'm pretty shattered, I've been in bed by 10pm every night! The sickness is definitely picking up now, I was nearly sick this morning. I can't believe I was worried about cutting down on tea and coffee, I can't face either, tea tastes disgusting at the moment.

I can't make an appointment with the MW until we get back to Australia, I'll be over 8 weeks by then, hopefully they can squeeze me in for a nuchal scan before I get to 13 weeks. I am dreading the flight back, the DCs were so good on the way here but it was so BORING. Can anyone recommend a good book?!

I'm feeling quite guilty about not being excited at all about this yet, maybe I will feel better when I start to feel movement. I just keep thinking about the logistics of a bigger car and buying all the baby stuff we gave away. And how will I manage with 3, or 4 if it's twins!

hiya everyone sorry for not keeping up virginmedia installed a so called 'superhub' for my new broadband service and it is just now decided to work!

not only that had a bit of an emergency yesterday. my bro is a coach for a local boys club under 9 and under 10's and they are all at craig tara caravan park for a football tournament. got a phone call yesterday to say one of the boys in the group drowned he is currently on a ventilator in intensive care but has responded to some commands from docs so a bit of positive news but he still has a lot of water in his lungs so still very critical. he was under the water for 10mins god only knows what the lifeguards were playing at so i had to travel down there to make sure my nephews and my brother were ok so bit of a stressful day :(

I stupidly took a clearblue digi this morning. Only came back 1-2 weeks since conception so puts me at 3-4wks. Not the 5 I should be!
Now Im paranoid something is wrong :(
Wish I'd never used the stupid thing now! Googled and there's people saying they've gone on to miscarry or found out at 12wk scan the baby had stopped growing.
Feel really down now, obviously my own fault. Argh!

Dillydolly, I shouldn't worry (I would I know!!) but try not to let it worry you too much. I'm just as worried as I have no sickness or nausea at all today and totally convinced things will go wrong, negative I know but can't seem to help it. I just feel really 'un pregnant' today.

I don't feel sick either, havent at All yet though. My boobs are still sore but that's about all the symptoms I have.

Dilly it's natural to worry but the sore boobs and crampy feelings are good strong symptoms. My bfriend took tests a week after AF was due and each one showed up negative, she was indeed up the duff. Just a weird blip. Lauraloo that sounds awful poor boy.

Margie32 - I think that's the time to bring out the old "antibiotics" excuse! I haven't had to use it yet but I did spend the whole of Saturday holding a full glass of champagne while making funny eyes at DH trying to get him to swap with me - he didn't take the hint!

I'm getting a bit of nausea (but it didn't hit until later last time... and then it really hit!) but the tiredness has definitely arrived! DH is away on business for a few days and it's not even 9pm here and I think I'm about ready to head to bed! gosh I'd forgotten how boring pregnancy makes me!!

Shangers, I like the antibiotics advice. I went to visit the in laws yesterday and was so unprepared that I'm sure MIL has already guessed I'm pregnant. I'm cutting down on tea so on the second offer, I opted for a mug of hot water and a slice of lemon. That certainly got the eyebrows raised. When she offered round wine in the evening, I didn't even get asked and instead she informed the room I couldn't have any as I was driving .
Oh and she rushed over when dd asked for a carry, shouting, "No, I'll do it". I didn't say anything but I was pretty sure I'd been busted.
SIL's hen is in a few weeks and I've been worried about what excuse I'd give for not drinking. Antibiotics is a good one. I just need to invent a plausible reason for being on them.

whatmess just tell them you've a nasty bout of thrush or something. Soon shut them up...

I've decided to tell the parentals. I wasn't going to as dad blabbed to everyone last time. But I figured if I waited until the scan, they'd be quite hurt we hadn't told them. So now just to find a time when we can tell them! Probably next weekend.

Just fell asleep on the sofa with ds2 on top of me, woken up feeling nearly human but ravenous. For those looking for ways to tell the parents when we were expecting number three we had the girls wear t shirts saying "guess whose going to be a big sister" and sent them into the house. Dc4, we didn't have to tell anyone as I developed a very pregnant look before 12 weeks. Don't know what to do this time.

Ssh don't tell anyone but I think the travel sickness bands might be working
