With a secret fb group you only have to add one group member as your friend. I'm on a post natal one for DD.

(My maternity clothes are only last season! But also wrong time of year more winter than summer clothes as DD born in May and it wasn't this warm last march!)

DH think I will make a FB but only use it for our group :) lol

You don't even have to use your real name for it if you don't want to N20, I know a lot of MNers simply use their usernames here.

Fb group sounds like a plan. Mw appointment tomorrow told dh not to worry about coming along as he'll be bored but he's so excited and I guess it takes his thoughts away from him mum and gets him out the hospital! Glorious weather!! My nausea has calmed down too which is good just the boobs and tiredness to contend with! Think eating more often helps but it's night time when I suffer most!

I'm liking the idea of fb group. It's really nice to listen and chat with those going through the same thing. Although DH he likes to think he understands and can 'relate to how I'm feeling' as he has pregnancy apps on his phone??!!?? He drives me a little crazy sometimes, especially when he is quoting facts

Thats fine :) I'm a member of another private fb group for the July 2010 ante natal group I joined when preg with ds on here. We've been chatting/ friends on fb for 2.5 years!

Our family seems to crave fruit and veg with boys and junk food and meat with girls so Foof you could be right! Am having a shitty day with cramps, pink or brown mucus (too much info apologies) and as I had an emergency scan last week - there's no point going back just yet as I doubt the heartbeat will be visible. Not agonising cramps or haemorraghing by any means but totally pissed off. Would rather appreciate if this little one would make it's mind up if it's staying or going...

Do closed groups show up on your profile to other users though? Not ready to go public yet!

Darn it - trust my body to buck the trend wrt cravings!!! I have read online that sweet cravings mean a girl, but the only person I know who had 2 girls recently (18mth age gap) so could compare pg said she didn't have any cravings, so no help at all!! We won't find out either way until the birth, but my DH is so convinced only his 'girl ball' works, he believes the little embryo is female already, whereas I feel so different to DD, I can't help thinking its a boy.

Bought a teddy for him/her this afternoon. I couldn't help myself!

I'm not too bad today, keeping on top of the food, and mostly the nausea has stayed subdued. Woohoo. No vomits either. Yippee!

I'm not craving anything in particular, but once I get the idea for something in my head, I WANT IT NOWWWWWW! I just ate a solero... now I want all 3 in the box. I will resist. I couldn't manage them anyway, and the brain freeze would kill me off!

BTW, I've decided I have night sickness. Mine is worse in the evenings. Or when I don't keep busy with other things. Or eat. It sucks.

I'll join a Facebook group if there is one - obviously only a closed or secret group though.
I caved in today and told a very good friend from work. Feel a bit better actually saying it out loud to someone... Has made it a bit more real. If that makes sense.
As for cravings- when I was pregnant with DD I ate my body weight in dark chocolate digestives and haribos... So I was definitely going on sugar binges. No cravings yet for me, so will see.
