Morning all, still lurking but waiting for scan to dive in a bit more - next Tues. Am past the 12wk threshold but still feeling sick & knackered, and still suffering with insomnia quite a lot. Can't seem to relax - my mind just won't stop buzzing. Also, I seem to be going off food more & more, rather than feeling better! I'm really struggling to think of things I want to eat, which is very unlike me.

pinpan I think I may be able to manage to make that cake! Sounds delish.

Argh sounds like DS is awake over an hour earlier than he should be, must dash

Saw Flump this morning at the scan and all is well. Little one was all jumpy and fidgety, but we've got some lovely pictures. Been given a revised EDD of 1 October so moved forward by nearly a week :o

I'm still buzzing after yesterday's scan. Showed my workmates. DD was over the moon when I told her last night. We videoed her and it makes me tear up everytime I watch it lol. We put the pic in an envelope and took her to the park down the road from her school as we had to take DP straight to work after we had been. We gave her the envelope and she asked if it was a picture of her, so I said no. She then started screaming and crying when she realised I'm pregnant. She then ran off to tell all her friends who were also in the park, hehe.

Our 20 week scan is May 10 which is DH's 40th birthdday ahhhhh! Then he is off at 5am the next morning to Budapest on a stag - not so ahh! I've bought him a cool looking espresso machine for his bday, does that sound ok? He loves to golf but wouldn't have a clue what golf stuff to get but he does also really like coffee.....

14 + 2 and I am looking huge! Came out at work last week, really couldn't hide it any longer. When August comes round, our team of 25 will have 5 (!!) on mat leave - isn't that crazy?

Can I add myself - I posted in the beginning but had some bleeding - although an early couple of scans confirmed bubba was still there so was the bleeding so I thought I would wait for 12 weeks - Had my scan tuesday and all was well!!
Took my older 2 boys with me as wells as my husband and the boys were delighted - my 7 year old asked when they attach the willy!! The sonographer laughed :-) However, both boys were begging him to look what we were getting and so he had a good look and said that he thought it was a boy - so thats me, 4 boys!!!
DS2 asked me why I can only make boys (he wanted a sister) - I told him we get what we get :-)

I got my combined scan results today with my risk of downs syndrome. I'm low risk.

I also got given my 20 week scan date for 21st may!

We also have our appointment for amnio on 12th April (2 weeks today).

All good here, have our friends wedding on Saturday and I'm maid of honour. I WILL fit in my dress (with the help of spanx hold you in pant things)!!!!

Glad everyone is well. Let's get this list updated and back to its long size!

Hey all.
So pleased with all the good scan news.
My 20 week scan is 18th may :-) not long at all. It's all feeling so real.

I'm in bed sulking as tonight is officially the last night of my 20s. I'm 30 tomorrow! Feel strange.

Nice to hear all the happy scan news Had a visit to midwife myself today for blood pressure check. Have had flu this week, fainted on Tues and GP checked me over (thanks to paranoid DP ) my blood pressure was a bit low...thought I'd go to drop in today so low bp was recorded in my notes as is usually high during pregnancy. Its clearly just this flu bug that's doing the rounds, it's horrible though! Luckily, the nice weather has made being stuck at home for the week much more appealing!! Not looking forward to work on Monday but there's three days of sitting and playing with DS before then
