New name new attitude for me! Thanks LBOT for your kind words, its so nice to be in good company, altho sad at the same time of course. That is the beast of this struggle I think, that its so easy to believe you are alone, that no one else struggles. I have decided now that if people think its ok to ask me the question re another DC im not dodging the truth they will get it, and if anyone else says the immortal fucking stupid lonely only speel they will get both barrels! I need to stop being a walk over! I am calling the docs tomorrow to get an appointment to start the referral process and will fight hammer and nail if I need to! So feeling a smidge more positive

DS does enjoy Rugbytots. It's great exercise and also helps with motor skills and they do make it fun!

BB - great attitude :) Hope you managed to make your Dr appointment. I confess I also got to the stage after a year of ttc DC2 when I would just calmly tell people the truth if they asked more than once in the space of a few weeks.

Tink - sounds like life is on the up for you :) Great conversation with DH and a new job!!!

Ses, DS2 is fine now. He still has spots but they have crusted over so he went back to playschool yesterday. Just waiting for DS1 to get it now. I really need him to get it ASAP as MW said it could be very bad for baby if he has it when she comes.

BB, I hope you can get referred.

Ginger, 21st of June is my due date. I am considered full term on the 31st May and I am going to try everything except sex to get the baby out

Saying that though I'd like her to be born on the 8th, 17th or 22nd June. 8th is my Nans birthday, DHs Nan is 80 on the 17th and my Mums birthday is the 22nd. I think it would be pretty cool.

Can anyone remember when Rugby's CS is? I know it is soon. Will go hunt through the thread and look.

Smithy must be due soon too, I think she was due between Ses and myself.

He's due home 9 days after I am due. So he could technically be home for the birth but I'll cry if I go overdue.

my sweepstake should be easy since my c-section is booked for 15th May (and unlikely to go into labour before then) and sonographer was about 80% sure we are having another girl . Maybe we can just play guess the weight - DD was 18 days late and 9lb 2. This time the section is booked for 39+2 so I have no idea if earlier = lighter or second baby = heavier????

Sorry I haven't been posting but I've been really tired so I've been napping rather than mnetting. I have been lurking but keep getting half way through writing a post then giving up and going to bed instead . I'll try to do better!

Ses, I'm not sure about weight. She never seems to stop wriggling and kicking so she must still have space and she will be 23 days earlier than DD so I'm thinking she might be a bit lighter - 8.5lb ish?? I hope your consultant appt is positive and they are supportive of your VBAC.

LBOT - welcome back and fingers crossed for DH's interviews. How long have you been living away from home? Hope you are having a lovely time with your family.

BB - good for you with the all new kickass attitude but that you need it. I can't believe how rude and invasive people can be when they are asking about ttcing/birth and yet no-one really wants to hear about any difficulties. I hope your GP is supportive and you get the advice/tests you want.

Ginger - congrats on the scan (sorry it has taken me so long to post) . Are you enjoying sharing your news?

Hi LBOT- Sorry for AF, but understand its good to finally get it so you can get back to CD1.

Lets hope this is really is your LBOT... I used to get the spotting everytime before AF... drove me mad as I'd get it 4/5 days before the main event so I'd know i wasnt preg way before I could test, if that makes sense....though i spent a lot of time wondering if it was implatation bleeding....

I reckon the wagon sofa is the best place for catching the fertility bug...
