Hope you all had a good Christmas! No baybee here yet, feeling very uncomfy and sick! Seeing consultant tomorrow to decide on induction stuff I suppose. Please hurry up baby!
On balls - just make sure you get one big enough - your knees should be lower than your hips. Very good for back ache.

hiya barbie - how are you feeling today? How did it go with the consultant? Any news?

I'm feeling a bit "meh" about my bump, it feels massive (compared to Bear) but apparently yet again am "barely showing". Part of me wants one of those impossible looking things which leave you off balance - otoh, maybe I'm "lucky".

I just got my elcs date this morning with the consultant so am very happy. :)

Hi all- have been struggling to get online over weekend (you can have a five day weekend, right?) but am sort of glad not to have missed bbq's sneeze, though sad for you it's not here yet. How youb feeling today?

I have had a lovely time, somewhat tempered by the extreme sport that is Stealth Dry Christmas. Did end up telling my friend I stayed with last week, but totally duped both my sisters and their families, thanks to my discovery that water and a few drops of apple juice looks very like white wineand the fact that they were mostly too pissed to notice I wasn't drinking. Have had various special menkal moments-found red 'bits' over weekend, decided all was over, then noticed they were threads from new pjs, and the evil Goddess of Morning Sickness decided it would be appropriate to remove all symptoms for Christmas Day- am sure she was just trying to be nice, but it totally did my head in. Felt sick again Boxing Day morning though, so course I've not worried at all since then.

Big news is that I have finally rang a Medical Professional just now , and with absolutely no fuss whatsoever, or lying on my part or anything, have a scan on Friday am. Am v v v pleased, as really wanted to 'know' by New Year's Eve, but also feel ill at the very idea. Please to hold my hand.

Hope everyone had just scrupmtious Christmasesses.

Nice work money I remember doing similar one Christmas involving magners cider bottles and appletize. Fingers crossed for Friday, the odds are in your favour that all will be normal and ok.
Thought I was going to have to stay in hospital today due to slightly raised BP and protein in wee. However further tests showed all was ok so I was allowed home. Had a sweep and have been feeling crampy ever since so hopefully this is the start (or should I say end?) of it.

Come on barbie I have been pacing the metaphorical corridor -well hobbling more like but you know what I mean. Let's make it a 2011 baybee please!

My menkul at the moment is this whole movement thing. I had a very quiet day on Boxing Day and menkulled a lot. And the next day too. But all the books say it is not necessary to keep tabs on it until 28 weeks so am trying to maintain some common sense about it.

Ta very much- had most efficient service, apart from minor blip where my feet refused to walk into the scanning room, and I kind of crumpled into a big mess, but scanning lady was absolutely lovely, and heartbeat was there and everyfing! Am measuring 7w4, which is dead on for my dates. Had worked very hard on preparing for bad news (not in a pessimistic way, just trying to put it into perspective) that am a bit numb now- am going to try very hard to be just Happy until the next round of stresses arise!

redr wrote a post to you the other day asking how you were doing now the end is nearly near, but computer ate it apparently. Hmm So, how you doing?!

Fantastic news moley seeing that little heart beat is the most amazing thing. I also did the crumbling thing at nine weeks and went in there sobbing as i was convinced i was in for bad news. Hopefully now you can have some tie off the menkul :-)

The minikit is definitely a boy and we got some cute 4d scan pictures. It is still very strange when i look at the pics it hardly seems possible that it is actually inside me.

Excellent news mrsmole so glad it was all looking good.

Had second sweep today, followed by lots of bloody show so will see what happens. Feeling a bit more relaxed about it all; I've waited this long for baby, a few extra days are ok if that's what is needed.
