So relieved about Bitey news. We need details!

I love IO - had a dress for my sisters wedding from there which I then sold on ebay for about the same as I'd paid for it. Gorgeous clothes - worth being pregnant for!

Orchid12 · 31/07/2011 15:32

Woohoo for Bitey Smile. Looks very scrummy in the photo!

Sorry for not name checking, I can barely keep up with myself these days, let alone getting more than 2 mins on here! Hope everyone else is doing ok. LGG how you finding two? Life is a leetle bonkers here, 'specially because squidge seems to like being up overnight and being held all day to sleep. Makes it difficult having mini O to contend with too!

LadyGoneGaga · 31/07/2011 17:52

So far, so good, O. She is a baby that (thus far) actually sleeps - will sleep in her basket and at night. Very different to MiniG. But am very conscious of the fact she is still only a week old and could all change so not counting any chickens. Is ok now as MrG on paternity leave so can manage MiniG while I rest but not sure how it will be when he is back at work Hmm. Hopefully Squidge will settle down soon and realise night time is for sleeping.

My undercarriage feels very sore today Sad. The muscle ones are healing well but the skin ones have come apart a bit and giving me a bit of gyp.

Muser · 31/07/2011 19:03

Has everyone been laying while the thread fell off my active list? Hooray for new babes!

Ariesgirl · 31/07/2011 21:00

Llongyfarchidau to Bitey! Biteybach is bonniest baby boy I have ever seen! OK, I say that about all babies, but it's always troo.

Ariesgirl · 31/07/2011 21:01

WELSHFAIL Mrs Williams would be disappointed. I will try again:

LlongyfarchiAdau annwyl Bitey.

rocketleaf · 31/07/2011 22:01

Congrates bitey He's a beaut!! cant wait to hear the details.

laurielou · 01/08/2011 08:48

Woop woop! Congrats to Bitey.

Lovely scan news Alps. In yer face DM.

Sorry to be brief - I'm in the house of not so fighting fit Sad. A day of cuddling in front of tv in pj's me thinks.

macaroonmum · 01/08/2011 08:54

helloooooo! Will catch up properly later but just to let you all know we are home Grin and baby cheeriO is doing very well - sleeping and feeding and looking around occasionally. He's faboolous. We actually decided on name 5 mins before entering theatre, i know it's a popular one, but it was the only one we vaguely agreed on and it's not as if there'll be others in his class at school! It definitely suits him. Caesar Salad was quite an experience... not a bad one, but very weird nonetheless having people rummage around.

Bitey Congrats again and hope snuffles are going well.
cunty i nearly split my stitches on your italian translator Grin

alps wonderful scan news Smile

owla I really hope you get the birth you want or the next best thing. have everything crossed for you

GG Glad things are going well - i too have sore nips...ho hum...it lasts a week or so, right? milk came in yesterday and he's quite partial it seems.

occa get the breech thing sorted asap! I found out at 34 weeks and tried everything to turn him (except the manual turn for the same reasons as Loz) but in the end a cs isn't the worst thing that can happen.

inlaws already driving me crazy...

starcuntmole · 01/08/2011 09:43

woo-hoo for babies cheerio and bach !!OMG!!1!! NOT TWINZ (BUT NEARLY)!!! Many staid and non stitch splitting congratulations to both Mums.

Next.........

Ocarina · 01/08/2011 11:29

Yay, Macca, congratulations and v glad all is going well (with the possible exception of the ILs but they'll go away eventually I hope.)

It seems Bitey has more important things to be doing than keeping us updated - can't think what! Hope all's going well there.

Booty how are you doing? Hope the bp's behaving and the medics are keeping well out of the way.

I've just turned over to this week's page in my diary to discover it ends with 'finish for mat leave'. Eeeeek - how did that happen?! I'll be glad to stop feeling guilty about the limited amount of stuff I'm actually achieving though.

Medee · 01/08/2011 11:51

Hurrah for macaroon!

BrownB · 01/08/2011 12:01

Yay for Macca and Bitey!! Congratulations all round!! Grin Grin

Wol - I am also keen to know how you're getting on?!

Am parked in the Starbucks by the court kacking it. We had a Very Bad Day yesterday, but today I can't even conceive of my OH losing the hearing. My tummy is still in a knot however and I'm hoping beyond hope that he is holding it together in the courtroom. Ugh!

LadyGoneGaga · 01/08/2011 13:11

Huge Congrats to both Bitey and Macca. We just need Baby Wol and the cluster is complete.

Macca the boobies are much improved now at one week in. Nipples healing well, she has grasped the fundamentals of proper latch. Tits are ginormous though. 34F. Think milk is properly in now as she takes on the appearance of a drunken tramp after feeds - dribbling, unconscious with beatific look of joy on her face.

Brownie thinking of you today and hope they come to a good decision for you.

How are you doing today, lovely Wol? Is BP being sensible?

Ocarina · 01/08/2011 13:53

Brownie I hope you get a good decision - any idea how long it will take? Hope you're not stuck waiting for too long.

macaroonmum · 01/08/2011 14:46

Brownie thinking of you today...

AlpinePony · 01/08/2011 14:55

macaroon So glad to have you back and that you survived the sun-roof experience. :) Did they do it in your local hospital after all? How is it going with the PIL's?

BrownB · 01/08/2011 15:02

GG - drunken tramp!? Hahahahahaa!!! Grin

kat2504 · 01/08/2011 15:03
BrownB · 01/08/2011 16:00

Hello there MrsK. Can I show you just how veiny my bosoms are right now...?! Wink

LadyGoneGaga · 01/08/2011 16:35

Wait a minute there, Kat...

Grin
macaroonmum · 01/08/2011 16:45

kat! huzzah! you can have my seat

macaroonmum · 01/08/2011 16:51

owlie?? where are you?

alps Am feeling good now though 'cept for some backache which makes me walk like an old croon. Of course, the fact that i've camped out in bed and don't intend to go anywhere for this week might be why I feel so good. I went to a local-ish hospital, all brand new - overall very positive experience.

owlbooty · 01/08/2011 18:05

Hello lovelies :)

Just a brief update from Chateau Boots. I have hired a Doula, mobilised an acupuncturist and told the consultant to fuck the fuck off. I feel significantly better for it and have not snottered or wailed for a good 24 hours now which is progress.

My CMW came round this morning and it appears the beta blockers are doing something so at least she didn't freak out at the reading. Bloods and wee in a pot are still utterly normal and baybee is moving happily. Although they still don't really want me to have a baybee anywhere other than stuck to a bed on the labour ward as they are worried about me sueing them, I've read all the research papers and am fairly confident that I am massively unlikely to drop dead if I just tell them all to shove it unless I get a BP reading that scares me. In which case I shall be running into theatre faster than a fast thing.

I am too hot. Maccer my darling I hope you're not melting and that you have people fanning you with palm fronds.

Browns I hope all is well and have been sending good vibes your way.

I am not only top of the Not List, I am the only one left out of my local MN chums who has not laid yet. No pressure then...

owlbooty · 01/08/2011 18:05

Hang on, was that Kitty ?????

OMG KITTY HAVE YOU GOT A WIN????
