Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
MadameBoo · 01/08/2011 18:17

Owly Lay on Wednesday. Fabulous people are born on 3rd August. It's an auspicious day to be born you know. Wink

kat2504 · 01/08/2011 18:19

Hi owly I have what I am terming a pre-win. Early testing. Terrified out of my tiny little mind now. This is the quickest win I have managed so far so I am very pleased about that!

kat2504 · 01/08/2011 18:20

Would that be your birthday by any chance boo? Sounds like a good day for the owlet to be born!

LadyGoneGaga · 01/08/2011 18:28

12th is also an excellent day. But I think Owlie would punch me in the face were I to suggest it. Maybe Occers could manage an early sneeze on the Glorious 12th? And then we can all eat grouse for tea.

Glad to hear you have A Plan, Owlie.

rocketleaf · 01/08/2011 19:18

Sounds like you are taking control but also planning for contingencies wol will be rooting for you to get the birth you want.

Congrates Kat really hope it works out for you.

macca so glad you had a good experience! You sounds really good. Hope the PILs piss off soon Wink

Medee · 01/08/2011 19:45

Woohoo kat!

Well done, owlie!

Ocarina · 01/08/2011 22:23

Hmmm, I was hoping for a bit more maternity leave than that before this one arrives GG!

Glad you're feeling more in control Boots, I'm impressed at your not letting them push you around. It's way too easy to just let medical types do what they want because arguing's hard work, so go girl.

And that's good news Kat, hope it works out.

starcuntmole · 01/08/2011 22:32

occers I saw the first bit there on 'threads I'm on' and thought you'd laid!

Boots, think you might be nominated as official ESH spokesperson to 'Communicate with the medical community' and kick ass left right and centre on our behalf. bootybaby is very lucky to have a mum who's dead hard and won't take no crap-it bodes very well for parts in the school play and . Now chill and prepare to sneeze

laurielou · 02/08/2011 09:05

Welcome Kat congratulations! Can I have your share of brie & champers pliz?

Wol I'm so glad that you have a plan. I believe that's half the battle in making you feel better.

Maccers glad you're home & the experience wasn't a bad one. Tis a vay strange feeling having your womble rummaged, non?

Brownie I hope the court case is going OK, & you get the result you want. Sounds very stressful. Good luck.

I'm sure I've missed out loads - sorry! So I'll just spray everyone with this champers. Now if you could form a queue for me to lick it off......

BarbiesBeaver · 02/08/2011 09:08

Congratulations to safe arrival of another ESH baby - well done BiteyBabe!

Glad to hear it was a positive experience Macca, shame about the IL's though.

Bootsy you sound very calm and in control! Well done for sticking with what you believe in, that's bound to do your blood pressure good.

Pone Whoop for good scannage!

And an extra special hornpipe in my obscene wetsuit (for Brownie) with the boobs out (for Kat).

I still haven't got much of a bump at over 19 weeks. Where the hell is the BeaverKit hiding? .

BarbiesBeaver · 02/08/2011 09:09

And Occers - YAY to starting maternity leave soon and not having to deal with annoying colleagues anymore!

owlbooty · 02/08/2011 15:27

Barbs I also had no bump at 19 weeks - had only gained 2 pounds. This rapidly changed and I was hoooge by about 24 weeks. You wait Grin

Nice wetsuit btw Grin

Bitey has cheekily nicked my planned delivery date of last Friday so I reckon either 3/8 or 8/8.

AlpinePony · 02/08/2011 15:49

barbie It's all gravy as they say. I didn't get the maternity out until 17 weeks last time and it wasn't really necessary - even at 28 weeks people didn't realise I was pregnant. :( In fact, 7 days before I laid him I bumped in to an old friend who didn't realise. Double :( My mum only wore maternity because she'd made it all. I was really worried about "popping" as it's my second, but no sign of a bump yet.

Got my Crave delivery today - very pleased! Just need a fecking bump now haha. Tried on the coat and was all "ooooh, it's much longer than I thought it was going to be". JB pointed out that it will probably rise once there's a bump doh.

Nipped to Rotterdam today to meet the new team - good bunch. One kiwi obsessed with beer and one horsey lady amongst them.

I'm loving the biteybach pics - now doesn't she look proud of herself! Grin

Extra points for LadyG who's sourced the purdiest wardrobe.

rocketleaf · 02/08/2011 16:17

Missing out on FB biteybach pics. Where are they? :-(

brownie hope everything went ok yesterday and hoping you are too busy celebrating a good outcome and would have bern on to rant if not.

LadyGoneGaga · 02/08/2011 16:48

Look on t'other place, Sprocket. Look on her profile.

I bet you'll get your bump quicker this time, Alps.

Medee · 02/08/2011 17:37

I don't even know Bitey's name - maybe we need to resurrect the FB group to share pictures and RL to usernames.

AlpinePony · 02/08/2011 17:46

Medee I'm going to invite everyone I 'have' to the group and make you admin so you can pick up any stragglers. :)

Besh, please don't feel miffed, its just a group to share photos and all the stuff which might hurt/grate.

I have had a look LGG is it just the one mobile upload one? She does look particularly pleased with herself (and very glowy and gorgeous) just wondered if there were more from what alps said.

LadyGoneGaga · 02/08/2011 21:44

I can only see the one I think. Just going to have to hold out for more. If she is lurking hope both are doing really well.

MrBitey · 02/08/2011 22:22

Hello hags! I has laid a baybee! He was born on Friday evening and this is the first time I have had to myself since! I am sat in a hot bath with lavender and tea tree oil celebrating my first post lay poo Grin

will catch up now, I know there has been at least one more arrival to squee about maccers Smile

ps Louis David weighed 8lb 15oz, and ended up arriving by giant salad servers. Yet another water birth fail but I couldn't give one shit- he is fabulous!

Pps is it bad that I may have offered gto leave the fdh and marry the anaesthetist? I made my proposal with my legs in stirrups and oh Myfanwy on display Blush

Medee · 02/08/2011 22:35

Congratulations, Bitey! Great name and a good weight.

rocketleaf · 02/08/2011 22:50

Congrates bitey glad to see your sense of humour is intact even if your fanjo isn't! :o we demand more pics!!

MadameBoo · 03/08/2011 00:15

Oh Bitey you are just brilliant. I was down the road from you on Saturday, How selfish of you to be in hospital Wink

A huge big well done hug to you and some kisses and no-one can stop me because it's my birthday and I'll be all fluffy if I want to. :o
