Panis attacks?? I have also lost the abilitly to type!

BillComptonstrousers · 26/06/2011 20:26

Arrrrrgggghhhh ability

gonerogue · 26/06/2011 20:47

Bill hope everything is ok with you - will have my fingers crossed for you that it'd judt "normal" bleeding. Maybe ring the doc/NHS direct and see if they can give you any advice re the tablets?

babycarmen sending you lots of positiev vibes too.

Heading to bed soon I'm sure I wasn't this tired last time around. Have to go to work tomorrow as well - boo.

Take care everyone.

gonerogue · 26/06/2011 20:52

Think I got your typing malaise Bill Grin

"it's just"

positive

puzzletree · 26/06/2011 21:21

Bill will you be able to see or speak to a dr tomorrow? hope the spotting is just 'one of those things' and the pains etc are related to anxiety, would be good if you could get some reassurance.

Maltesers hope something helps with the sickness and you get to resume gig-going soon :)

louby definitely go if you're feeling up to it but make sure you get lots of rest especially if you're travelling, and also keep hydrated and cool, and enjoy!

size-wise I think I'm about the same as I was as 4 weeks, which was very bloated, definitely bigger than with the boys at this or that stage. I don't think there's a proper 'bump' there yet, just bloat :)

rnbsmum · 26/06/2011 21:36

Bill.c.t and babycarmen - sorry to hear about your spotting and thinking of you. Just wanted to say that spotting is very normal and I had spotting with both my DCs and there were no problems - sometimes it can be a good sign that the baby is getting itself good and stuck in!!
It is really scary at the time though, but going to the EPU is reassuring. Strangely only didn't spot with a MM so have been bizarrely worrying about lack of spotting this time round!

BillComptonstrousers · 26/06/2011 21:50

Will probably speak to a doc tomorrow, they are really good at ringing you back where I live. I handed my midwife referral in two weeks ago but have heard nothing from her as yet, so might just ring the docs and get her to give me a call back.

Have just managed a bowl of rice krispies which is my drug of choice at the moment, and took the kids to Yo Sushi for lunch earlier, which was great as I could eat as much or as little as I liked, and it was there straight away iyswim?

I don't think I could have sat in pizza express and ordered a meal and waited for it to come as I would have felt sick by the time it arrived. I seem to get these 5 minute windows where I HAVE to eat or the sickness just kicks in again.

It's soooo much worse on a night though, from 5-9pm it's just awful, I'm normally crying with hunger by about 7Pm, but seems to ease off about this time, but can't really eat a full meal at this time of night.

I don't think I've had a full meal for two weeks Grin wish the kids would keep their grubby little mitts off my plain food stash as well, they seemed to have developed a fondness for jacobs crackers and digestives!

rnbsmum · 26/06/2011 21:56

Now, you see you've got me wanting ricecrispies now!! I'm definitely more nauseous around meal time and in the evening, though I think being at work is a distraction. Have just had a bowl of cheerios which has hit the spot!!

louby86 · 26/06/2011 22:18

I've got a bloat bump too puzzletree Grin

TheWicketKeeperIsDown · 26/06/2011 22:31

Sending positive vibes, Bill.

Still feeling pretty vulnerable myself, as my symptoms are rather changeable at the moment and so paranoid after previous MC. Seeing GP on Wednesday and so hoping for EPU referral.

QueenFee · 26/06/2011 22:34

I have had horrible cramping this evening :( thankfully i'm going to see mw tomorrow anyway.
Have been doing a bit of googling and read that its common to have spotting at this stage as it is when your next af would have been due. Hope thats the case for you bill

No matter how hard I try this bump will not suck in anymore.
Could it be twins? You are 9 times more likely to concieve twins whilst breastfeeding apparently!

LolaRennt · 26/06/2011 22:56

Really!? never heard that about bf!

PDog · 27/06/2011 07:25

Off on hols today so won't be posting for a week Grin.

sending positive thoughts to you bill and babycarmen.

Felt nauseous his morning and had to go for breakfast straight away - rice krispies! I'm eating lots of carbs, I normally have a major sweet tooth but my cravings are for bread/stodge at the mo.

louby I went to see tt when I was about 8 weeks last time and had standing tickets - was fab, just very tired afterwards. I wouldn't miss the Foos either if I had a choice Envy

Will need another week off work to catch up on this thread!

TheWicketKeeperIsDown · 27/06/2011 07:37

F

TheWicketKeeperIsDown · 27/06/2011 07:38

Feeling really grim in the mornings now. Was sitting at breakfast yesterday trying not to barf while DD shouted "sing the hokey cokey, Mummy!". Just what I needed.

Yeuch.

louby86 · 27/06/2011 08:12

Have a lovely holiday PDog!!!

Gooseysgirl · 27/06/2011 09:14

Hi ladies, hope you're all doing well... I had a hen night last weekend which was a nightmare trying to throw people off the scent... Gave an oscar-winning performance of fake drunkeness (was drinking tonic water)!!! Managed to stick it out til 1am, couldn't get away any earlier as I know the bride very well... but noticed another partygoer also nursing the same glass of wine all night but she managed to sneak off before midnight unnoticed, lucky thing!
First-timer paranoia kicked in this morning and ended up doing another CB digital just to make sure there's still something in there and was thrilled to get a 3 wks +, cos my first test 9 days ago was 1-2 wks. Am going to book a private early scan for a couple of weeks time as would love to have some further reassurance at that point just before we plan to tell our parents... and no word yet from hospital for first mw appointment...
Have still got v sore boobs and sporadic nausea & indigestion but no vomiting thankfully. Hope everyone else not suffering too much!

BillComptonstrousers · 27/06/2011 10:38

I've left a message with the midwife this morning but have heard nothing back as yet. I may go to the EPU at the local hospital later if I've heard nothing from the midwife.

I'm feeling totally irrational this morning, took another test and it only had the most faint second line, two weeks ago it came up really bright straight away.

I'm being completly paranoid I know, but I'm just not feeling it anymore Sad

InnocentRedhead · 27/06/2011 12:35

Fucking hell! you go away for two days and miss sooo much! There is too much to reply to everyone, only on for a little while too, as i am working this afternoon :( !!

Bill I would definitely go to the EPU, especially with the message you have just posted this morning. Fingers crossed it turns out positive!!!
babycarmen hope everything works out well for you too... Positive vibes your way x

I'm having one of those days where i just don't feel it... I seem to get them everyday but then at around 4pm i get all symptoms hit me in the face and then i realise I'm suffering in the evenings. Everyone is telling me I am further along than i think i am, I think i am 6+2... However i think it is twins, my instinct is screaming that at me!! I have a bit of a bump already :/

Hope everyone else is ok, and not feeling the symptoms too badly this morning and all enjoying the sun

miamama09 · 27/06/2011 12:46

omg I went away on hols and have come back to pages and pages to read. it is so upsetting to hear of people leaving our bus. Bill - please let us know what happens, thinking of you.
My symptoms have practically disappeared, apart from exhaustion, not helped by DD 2 yo running havoc.
Scan is booked foe 16th July, how can I wait. Am sure its obvious in work, but I work in theeeee most un-child friendly and un-maternal department in this company - they will not be happy for me at all, and I think will actually be quite mad at me... dread coming into work every day.
Hope everyone is doing well! fingers crossed for us all!

mistressploppy · 27/06/2011 12:58

Hi everyone, I hope your not as minging and sweaty as I am Blush - it is very clammy here.

I am dry-heaving like a good-un; it's not pleasant! I'm on antibiotics at the moment (oh the irony) and they have to be taken an hour before food - tricky when you need to nibble all the time to avoid retching!

But I never feel as if I'm actually going to be sick, which is a bonus. Hope all you proper sicky ones are coping ok Sad

Bill, thinking of you.

Just found out that DH's mum was a twin (the other twin died) so am worried there might be two in there! But very unlikely still, and I don't think I feel 'pregnant enough' for it to be two. How exciting, Innocent!!!

Stinkyminkymoo · 27/06/2011 13:52

I've been having bleeding since yesterday. Seen dr and had an internal exam. Cervix closed and not ectopic but haven't stopped bleeding. Hoping to have a scan today or tomorrow (am 8 today) to see what is happening.

Cross fingers yeah? This is one bus I would like to stay on. Sad

herecomesthsun · 27/06/2011 14:13

I will be having a scan too stinkyminkymoo and will be thinking of you and hoping all was well for both of us.

My mum was a twin, though her brother did not survive. I terrified DH with this fact in my last pregnancy. I would in a ay be very happy with twins alhough, then again, I have more than enough risk factors.

puzzletree · 27/06/2011 14:21

Hi all, bit warm today eh.

Fingers firmly crossed for those of you with bleeding/spotting :( hope you all get positive scans asap, it's so worrying isn't it.

miamama09 glad to read I'm not the only one who feels like they've lost all symptoms except tiredness. I've been getting a bit anxious about it, the 12 week scan seems an age away....

QueenFee · 27/06/2011 14:25

Fingers crossed stinky x

Had quick check in with mw today and I will get a 12 week scan yay! Booking in at 10 weeks :)
Lola yes google it, they think its because you are more likely to release 2 eggs the first few cycles...
Wiclet- I sympathise re singing when feeling sick mine expect me to still feel like running around with them
