I know how you feel Kitty, DS was the last baby born in my NCT AN group, we were having postnatal meet up's while i was still pregnant. I'd sit there with my bump and still couldn't quite believe i'd have one of those little babies soon too.

:-) I've had a bit of a bloody show. Like end of period. And a few twinges so hopefully this is the start of it. Fingers crossed please.

Just been to hosp and sent home as only 1 cm dilated. Had another sweep which was massively painful so hope it works. If I go to tue hopefully they will only need to rupture my waters which rather than induce me so I can have the birth I want and she thinks my cervix is favourable to go into established labour on its own. I'm only latent at the moment. X

Good luck Kitty, you are officially 1cm more dialated than I have ever been!! Won't be long now. Get some sleep you will need it!

Waters went. Plug started coming away. Back to hosp. Checked over and sent home again. Not impressed as mw doesnt seem to think my waters have gone but something did. Have been having excruciating pains for last 4 hours. Time to get up I think.

Hey all, congrats Kitty and hi Samuel!

I have my own little boy to announce too! Thomas Edward arrived on Sunday 8th at 16.21 weighing in at a whopping 9lbs 2. contractions started on Saturday at 7am and we didn't have much fun getting him out, forceps and I'm stitched to high heaven but he was worth it, absolutely beautiful.

hope all is well with everyone else, I'll be over on PN with my full story when the whirlwind slows a little xx
