Muser · 15/02/2011 21:29

Hello lovelies. So, in true PESH fashion I did not get my gentle sneeze in a lavender field. It was labour ward and on a monitor. I'll do birth story in the Spa another time.

Short version: baby arrived in a big old hurry. Tens machine was brilliant. Gas n air is fun. Of other drugs i know nothing.

And I have the most beautiful girl in the world and I can't believe she's mine.

TwinkleToes76 · 15/02/2011 21:30

lovely news muser!

Medee · 15/02/2011 21:33

you sound so loved up, Muse! Congratulations.

(can't wait to be snuffling my own now!)

Ivegotmrbitey · 15/02/2011 21:38

Scorpette · 15/02/2011 21:38

Well, of COURSE you have the most beautiful girl in the world, Muse - have you never looked in a mirror?! Does she have your glorious hair?

Sounds hectic but oh-so-worth it :) And she's yours all right, forever more.

MsFC · 15/02/2011 21:40

Oh muse just brilliant news!! Congratulations! Looking forward to seeing her pic in the other place!! And after 3 sections in a row, the deli was due a natural one. Happy snuffles!

Casserole · 15/02/2011 21:57

Oh MUSE Grin grin] grin]

Am so pleased for you. Well done! And talk about a turnaround between 2 and 5 this afternoon!

Thrilled to bits for you xxx

starnosemole · 15/02/2011 21:59

Congratulations Muse and family,Grin excellent work, and - can I just say, from a comepletely unbiased pov how delighted I am at all the Aquarian babies the ESH are producing!

PollyPoo · 15/02/2011 22:08

Oh Muse you sound so blissfully happy, it is wonderful! Looking into your daughters eyes for the first time and just drinking in her beautiful face is absolutely THE most amazing wonderful thing isn't it? You didn't hang around did you?! Really want to know the name now... where are the rest of you finding out?! Enjoy your beautiful girl - and yes, I want to know if she has your beautiful hair too!

HighPriestessBoo · 15/02/2011 22:09

Aquarian baybees rock :o

rocketleaf · 15/02/2011 22:32

Aw muse you sound so happy!! You know, this week so far has just made me so excited to meet my baby girl I can hardly wait!!!

StiffyByng · 15/02/2011 23:22

Barging in from my inability to follow Mumsnet threads to say a giant whoooooooo to you, Muser. I've been guessing at names from the initials I've seen. Am sooo pleased for you.

ginhag · 15/02/2011 23:23

muse hooooooooray!!!!!

One handed typing as I am having my nipple chewed off at the moment.

Sending much love and having a glass of champagne for you. My boy is looking forward to meeting your girl!!!

Scorpette · 15/02/2011 23:54

Pics! There are FB Pics!

MsFC · 16/02/2011 02:21

Oh and Gin too! So many congratulations to you too! I hope the section went ok and you recover quickly. I love your chosen name too. Hope your nipples. Harden soon! So pleased for you x

AlpinePony · 16/02/2011 06:40

Congrats muser!

milanomum · 16/02/2011 07:23

Woo-hoo! Congrats Muser and hello KaBob! Over the moon for you and your family Smile

Clucky how are you getting on?

Gin the nipples get better after, ummmmm, the first month

Orchid12 · 16/02/2011 07:35

Congratulations Muse - certainly no hanging around for you!! Enjoy your lovely wee newborn cuddles Smile

Now....ClucksterKate where are thee?

PerfectDromedary · 16/02/2011 07:39

Aw, Muse, you sound so happy.

Gin Sorry about the hurty boobs. Are you at home yet?

Kate Hope you're doing ok today?

I have antenatal appointment to discuss removal of monster baby - seems like I'll definitely have it by 24th Feb, so time to get moving up the Not-List, people. Also, given the number of us who have vacated our places, I think it's time for some new wins - keeping fingers crossed for all the BESH...

CluckyKate · 16/02/2011 07:55

Crikey Drom that's next week....will hopefully have birthed this lad by then too.

No change from yesterday people. Not so much movement from the baby but hardly surprising given the amount of room he has. Hey ho [weak smile]

laurielou · 16/02/2011 08:18

Oh Muse I've only just caught up with this. Congratulations to you all! I can't believe how quickly it all happened. Now I have to wait ALL DAY until I can get home & onto Facecrack for pics. I'm sure they will be worth the wait. Well done again, x

Poll I was just, just holding back the tears of joy at Muser's news, when you posted about looking into your daughter's eyes.........I'm now a snotty mess at my desk Grin. Everyone is looking a tad concerned but leaving the diffed lady to it, so that's good.

Seriously, this is such a good place to be right now.

Kate You sure you haven't just got trapped wind? Grin. You sound in amazing spirits, full credit to you. You'll win soon

Gin Gah to the hurty boobs. But you still manage to paint a wonderful picture. Are you home? Hope you're doing OK (hurty norks aside).

Drom NEXT WEEK! Yahoo! More PESH baybees. Honestly, this is too exciting for words.

What happened to all the dark humour & doom & gloom we're famous for? Grin. I feel like Maria, singing around the mountains. Tis most un-BESH-like.

Orchid12 · 16/02/2011 08:20

Do you have a trampoline CK? If not, pop round to a neighbour that does? I can't think of any other useful suggestions. How many days over are you now?

Yes please to more BESH wins Smile

PerfectDromedary · 16/02/2011 08:22

I really don't think I'll be leapfrogging you, CK! Poor you, though - must be getting a bit frustrating now. Have you started being monitored?

CluckyKate · 16/02/2011 08:29

14 days over Orcs. Seeing MW on Friday so guess monitoring will start then!

LadyGoneGaga · 16/02/2011 08:30

Yay for Muse and her beautiful baby girl! Sounded like a good birth to me, lavender or no.

Come on Cluckster!

And tries to tempt any incipient BESH mothers out with gin and gaviscon.
