Yes, PDR, the scan's got me as the 18th but my date based on LMP was the 16th. But it'll be late anyway I reckon by a week. Ooh, should we all predict our dates for a laugh? I'll say the 24th Feb.

Eau I have told everyone 03/03 cos i have worked out that is when I'll be induced hmmmm need to work on that PMA! Actually have just counted on fingers and if this one is as late as DD then it'd be 06/03

sbf I'm due 13th, live overseas expect surprise, although ds (6) says he's going away if its female. Don't get the technology. One tip my friend discovered through unfortunate experience was pack contact lenses if you need them, she was even more disorientated after meds etc... as she couldn't see anyone properly ! Also with regards to mat bra's, I wouldn't invest in anything too special for the first few weeks, as ime size can alter dramatically, also dark colours might be best if you leak loads. (wish I'd kept mine last time, but never anticipated No 3 !)

Having lots of pain today, and odd sort of stretching in my upper thighs. I remember it from last time, feels like I am pulling a few muscles. Also very grumpy and tired, all the usual ailments!

debka I would like to shorten the list but without going back and checking all the posts I can't be sure who has and has not posted recently, and wouldn't want to cause upset...perhaps worth keeping everyone on until we hear all the birth announcements and remove anyone that doesn't announce? I'm sure our post natal thread will only contain regulars, so we can restart the list at that point and it will be much more manageable.

Sorry to be crude but has anyone noticed extra "discharge"? It's mucassy and clear and has no smell. I have been getting quite a bit when I wipe say a teaspoon's worth?

Also in case anyone has not noticed SAINSBURY'S have 1/3 OFF ALL BABY until Wednesday so get yourselves down there and stock up!

Could be a show? Think mine was same consistency but yellow last time but only came after induction pessary so may have been coloured due to drugs (YIKES pdr you could be closer than you think!)

Don't google image mucus plug - yuk! But they do look yellowey / bloody and this is totally clear

I've been getting more discharge than normal, it's clear. Didn't have a show last time until I was already off my face on G&A so no idea what it looks like!

I've been slowly getting more and more discharge - thought it was nirmal towards the end (sure that's what my what to expect book says).

Hi all,pdr i had that last night how weird.Clear and mucousy no smell or colour and only when i wiped.It can happen weeks before tho.Praying to get dds b'day over first.We have theatre tickets this friday what was i thinking of,long journey and theatre seats
Just been out to get dds gifts and party stuff,got stared at so much i felt like screaming.one rude old bag lady said your big arent you,whens it due? I said its not an it its triplets,should have seen her face.My friend bought her new baby along and at one point in boots we were blocking one of the MANY doors,with pram and me,a woman stood there looking miserable and said "can i get by" in really grumpy way,i said did you mean excuse me,yes of course but you could have used another door.Is it me or are people vile sometimes.

I know what you mean ledkr - I felt like a freak show over lunch break today - is funny I usually feel proud of bump but feel am now of proportions that people are pointing and laughing (I look like a tomato on legs in my red coat today).

You think other parents will be best but when I took DD to pantomime at xmas I was one of the last in and nobody got up for me so I sat on the floor - I reckon they were thinking "F8ck you - we've been there - your turn now" ;-))

More discharge here too - as PDR and ledkr described on a couple of occasions over the last week. I wasn't aware of a show last time as was induced, and I think my waters went first, so no idea what to expect, although I assume a show is quite a lot of mucous....lovely..

I too am getting more discharge, was going to post this morning to ask if others were but didn't get round to it. So yes, as a few of us agree, I assume normal!

ah,i thought i was "special" but looks like we are all at it,i was up for a bit of marital bliss last night but was put off when saw that as thought my waters maybe gonna go so didnt bother.
Baby feels like its burrowing down into my vagina today its soooo uncomfortable.Cant believe we will all be feeling normal in a few months.Me and dd are talking in sleeps now,"only 10 sleeps untill baby" am starting to panic now in case i die during section,have been giving dh instructions re dcs and hosue etc,poor bloke looked terrified.Talk about hormonal.Wonder whos next ladies.

Yep, I'm in the extra discharge camp too. Plus lots of period pain, and a bit of diarrhoea. Please let these be a sign of imminent arrival, rather than sickbug! (Due 4 Feb, so baby is term now!).

Been nesting today - actively enjoyed sorting out the kitchen cupboards. Next phase is to get DH to accept box of stuff needs to go to charity shop, not kept 'just in case' or because 'that random, damaged coaster has sentimental value'...

BTW, I have name changed (from geekygiraffe), so please can this be updated on the stats next time sbf.

Oh, and baby is a 'surprise' for the stats. Was 4/5 engaged (1/5 palp) last Weds - I know they can bob out again, but I'm looking for signs that things may kick off soon. Can't face the thought of being really late...

really hope this is the start, i'm with the rest of you with the discharge, lovely!

been living on paracetamol since saturday because of my back and today had some MASSIVE BHs, made me double over at my DM's. she thinks it's the start but i don't , just think my body's giving up. have been nauseous all day though....

got to keep my leg crossed until thurs so i can have my home birth

back to bouncing on the ball!
