I have also been having strange pains today, really low down and made me go "owwwwwww"! and squirm around! I had backache too last night, like period cramps. No idea if its the start of anything tho, as I have not had bumo "tightenings".

Has everyone seen that Asda is having another baby and toddler event? I have just been and bought one of those nappy bins that wraps them like little sausages and stops them stinking the place out! There are some excellent bargains if anyone needs last minute bits.

I am pretty much sorted for LO to arrive now....and I am getting so EXCITED!!!

Oh bugger my BP is now at 99 - I think I might have to call DH or DM to come home (currently home alone with DS). Have also dipped my urine and has + protein. No headache though and feel fine in myself. I want to take it again but I know taking it over and over is not advisable (taken today morning, lunchtime and now already).

Oh pdr better safe than sorry, call the hospital and get their advice, don't delay. Good luck

Bugger PDR, can you call the MW first and see what she says? They say that with PE you can feel fine, so better safe than sorry. Although dr said 100, didn't he?

Have shocked myself today with all the cleaning, even baked a cake tonight after DD went to bed, normally I've got my feet up with toys all around my chair! Sitting down now tho9ugh, with first cup of raspberry leaf tea which is surprisingly good. Did F all last time round, but my mum said it Tones Uterine Muscles and I did labour v well last time [smug emoticon].

Anyone else notices OBEM is on again tonight? V excited!

40 yes DM is on her way home so will call as soon as she gets back - debka I have to call the delivery suite at this stage (I know some people get a mobile for their MW but they don't do that here for some reason).

I feel rotten,had bad shits again and horrible period pains lots of tightenings too really low down like my bladder is being constricted.Have come to bed with my net book to feel sorry for myself.

Right I have rang labour ward who want me to come in but said I could try resting for 30 mins then resting but if it's over 85 I have to go in (it won't be below 85 hasn't been for weeks)

Hopefully they will just do CTG and I can come home as DS has his 2.5year review in the morning!

Oh goodness, is 85 high though? Mine is normally 100/60 and they don't think that's high. Or do they mean the bottom number? Doh, am I being a thicky thick?

40 it's the bottom number they care about the MW said - mine has been 120/70 so not always this high. 100/60 is good I think.

PDR hope you get checked out, even if it isn't anything it's much better to be on the safe side.

40 I think 100/60 is on the low side of normal which means you're doing well, especially for this stage when apparently bp rises a bit.

Just watched OBEM and cried again, I love it! Lydia was amazing and I'm very of her in a bikini!

Things seemed to have calmed down for now and I'm definitely keeping my legs crossed till thurs but, like cookingfat I'll probably be 2 weeks over in the end.

ledkr i hope you're okay, i know that feeling of the really low down period pain... the pain i've been having is low down in my back and then going round to the front like a period. my bump goes so hard it's like a rock. it happened when the mw examined me on friday and she was a bit at it!

waiting for OH to get home, he promised to come straight back from aikido but i think he's having a quick drink

Hi all! I see we've had another new arrival! Congratulations Cler!!!! Hope you and your DS are well. Sorry that he was poorly in the beginning but glad he is doing well now .

I'm so of those of you who are at term already, particularly those that are getting signs that things could happen soon! You're all going to pop aren't you and leave me on my own and I'll still be here in March . I've been having loads of braxton hicks today. Not painful or anything but they're getting on my nerves! I feel like I'm being squeezed by a boa constrictor.

PDR hope all goes well if you have to go to hospital.
