I'd arrange an outdoor one ...

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:10

lol whoops !!!

Yes, probably shouldn't admit to being stinky or skinky when we're arranging a meet up!!!

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:12

Has anyone noticed the sponser at the top of the anti-natal threads page!!! Weight Watchers!!!

How depressing!!

ninah · 05/09/2005 16:14

I've never known anyone actually trim down with WW, have you?

Nemo1977 · 05/09/2005 16:17

god u lot can gab..lol Have got 5 mins before i go and wake ds from his sleep..got a stinking headache that despite paracetamol is fighting on. My uncle has been and bonded some bits that need plastering tommorow...woo hoo then pain all woodwork and paper then i can go and get a carpet for ds new room. Cant wait as thent when hes in cen start to sort out baby things and might make it more real. Cant believe we are all nearly in third trimester...thats it then girls the final countdown

On another board I used someone has had their baby from dec thread but he was very poorly and only survived for 3 days made me feel a bit upset but at same time realise how close we are iykwim.

Nemo1977 · 05/09/2005 16:18

I lost 3 st on ww when i was getting married..

george32 · 05/09/2005 16:20

LOL at Skinky

No more talk of weight loss please!! Been stuffing my face with shortbread & fudge all day.

Time for a new moan from me - I don't think sitting at a desk is agreeing with me. Whenever I try to stand I have to have a couple of goes as my back & tummy are set hunched forward. I then have to limp to walk anywhere. Is this normal?

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:21

I lost about 2 stone on ww before falling pregnant last time - got my gold key fob and everything!!! I'm hoping to do it again after this baby is born.

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:22

yes george - 100% normal I'm affraid. My back is killing me today - so is my under carriage

I have found that putting a small pillow behind my back helps a bit!!!!

dramaqueen72 · 05/09/2005 16:22

how hormonal is everyone else? I beyond touchy, I really am. on another board i am on theres a political thread going on and its making me SO ANGRY like really really mad. infact quite frankly last few days even saying something nice has been making me fly off the handle. I'm hot and cross! eek!

ninah · 05/09/2005 16:24

yes but did it stay off? or is it like AA you have to go for the rest of your life? Will try anything once but the only thing that really does me is the gym ...
Gosh nemo how sad about your friend's baby.
george I have developed a really strange walk I think just so I don't overbalance tho. Think weebles

dramaqueen72 · 05/09/2005 16:25

nemo, I'm so sorry about that baby
I was reading how being born wks 23-25 gives the baby only 3-5% of survial, but born wks 26-28 pushes that right up to 50+%. isnt that amazing? tho of course personally I'm going for wk 39

dramaqueen72 · 05/09/2005 16:25

LOL ninah, have noticed i now have pg lady waddle, ALREADY!

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:26

ninah - I think it would have stayed off if I hadn't of fallen pregnant!!! I loved being slimmer so I would have done almost anything to keep my new shape.

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:28

OH YES!!!! I have a waddle too - been like it for a good few weeks now!! When I get up I quite often have to hold onto something for a few steps just until the pain subsides or I get my balance.

Dh is loving taking the piss out of me - although that (along with his "you are HUGE" comments) is really starting to wear thin

george32 · 05/09/2005 16:28

Fantastic image in my head of Ninah now!!

Sorry you are having a time of it today DQ. I'm not too bad today, quite calm, but then I'm sat in an air-conditioned office with a fan blasting at me. Not sure how calm I'll be on the tube. DP is coming to hold my hand on the way home.

That extra 3 weeks makes a huge difference doesn't it.

dramaqueen72 · 05/09/2005 16:28

ditto with the dh chuckling as I stagger about, wearing thin. grrrrr....

expatinscotland · 05/09/2005 16:30

This baby is so high it's not kicking right under my ribs!

expatinscotland · 05/09/2005 16:34

That would be 'now' kicking me under the ribs.

It's also huge already.

sweetheart · 05/09/2005 16:35

expat has your baby turned already then!! Mines still bum down!!

Nemo1977 · 05/09/2005 16:37

Sh mine is still breech

expatinscotland · 05/09/2005 16:37

It may have turned. DD was cephalic at 27 weeks and stayed that way!

Either it's turned or it's frank breech and just folded in half, b/c what I feel is definitely feet up there.
