TERRIBLE NEWS FROM YORKIEGIRL

Yorkiegirl has phoned me from holiday in Portugal; her husband Nigel has collapsed and died tonight.
She thinks it was a stroke or heart attack.
The authorities are trying to get hold of her parents - they are also in Portugal
Fortunately, neither of her DDs saw anything
I don't know much more than that but will post if I have anything else

Yorkiegirl I have been offline most of the week and only just seen this.
I am sitting here with tears in my eyes. I am so so sorry for your loss. I only hope your strength and positive attitude carry you and your DDs through this very difficult time. I hope it has all gone Ok tonight.

Travel safely Anna and will be thinking of you over the coming week(s)-you have so much support here.
None of it will in any way make up for losing Nigel but please try to take what you can from it in any way you can to help you and the girls throgh this dreadful time.

clary, are you leaving spaces between the numbers? Like on a credit card, its usually something like 4 lots of 4? It needs to be input without spaces

As I write this you will soon be arriving home, you are so much in my thoughts. I was at a christening today with a couple of other mumnetters and we spoke of you, knowing that anyone of us could be in your place, feeling so very very sad for you. You have a long journey ahead of you now, it will be hard, but please know you have the love and support of all of us here. I will be away now until the 25th, but will be thinking of you, xxxxx
