TERRIBLE NEWS FROM YORKIEGIRL

Yorkiegirl has phoned me from holiday in Portugal; her husband Nigel has collapsed and died tonight.
She thinks it was a stroke or heart attack.
The authorities are trying to get hold of her parents - they are also in Portugal
Fortunately, neither of her DDs saw anything
I don't know much more than that but will post if I have anything else

Nothing i say can change what has happened or make you feel any better but i just wanted to say that my thoughts are with you and your dd's at such a sad time. Posting on behalf of anorak, who is on holiday herself and without internet, we exchanged texts today and i told her what had happened, she said she had card swapped with yorkiegirl and ask me to add her condolences.

I don't know you but my heart goes out to you. It's a worst nightmare come true. You're in my thoughts.

this happened to my dad not long ago and it is the shock that really is hard to handle, you feel fine for a while and then it all falls apart.
