TERRIBLE NEWS FROM YORKIEGIRL

Yorkiegirl has phoned me from holiday in Portugal; her husband Nigel has collapsed and died tonight.
She thinks it was a stroke or heart attack.
The authorities are trying to get hold of her parents - they are also in Portugal
Fortunately, neither of her DDs saw anything
I don't know much more than that but will post if I have anything else

How terribly sad. My thoughts are with YG and the family.

YG how truly devastating, I'm so sorry for your loss and especially thinking of your dds right now.

For those of you who moan about your dh for not picking up his dirty socks, well it puts it all in perspective really doesn't it? Me included - I'm giving mine an extra hug tonight - it really brings home how fragile life is.
