Please remember how incredibly proud of you he was for giving up the booze & the fags!! Wear the ring to remind yourself of that - you don't want to go back there again my love.

You don't feel it right now, but you are strong, very strong. I know you will cope - because like all Mum's - you just bloody well have to, no matter what!
