Just buried mum today. Was really strong throughout day. Upon returning home I gound tears trickling down whilst on computer. Dh noticed tears and said "What have you been watching?
Sure there are lots more like this.

Firsttimer that is so true. People can be so shallow. I told a school mum that I had lost my mum and 2 months later she did the same thing. I told her because she had lost her mum and I though she would understand.

"I don't know why she wanted twins in the first place" after my first born son died. (identical twins) As though I had had a choice as to whether the embryo split or not. Worryingly this was my Nana about me and her great grandson.

i find people dont like saying anything to do with death, but things that come out normally iyswim

then all look at me and say god, im sorry, didnt meant to say that etc

i cant stand having people pussyfoot around me
