A late late hug and special love to you all on here, I know how heartbreaking Christmas is. My husband gave me a small box to open and said it was from him and our darling Matthew who is no longer here with us, I opened it up and it was a Willowcraft figure of a boy, so like Matthew...it was lovely but I felt so sad. Then I felt awful because one of my trio saw I was upset and that upset him...........16 Christmas`s without himXmas Sad

shabbapinkfrog · 28/12/2010 02:07

Awwww Trips xxxxxxxxxx Love you my RL friend xxxx

Today is my darling twins 29th birthday - cant believe its 28 and a half years since I last saw Gareth....oh that morning......oh that awful morning.....he died in DH's and my arms. He had woke up a little earlier than Danny....I changed his bum, tried to give him some milk...but he was having none of it. He screamed and cried. I got so cross with him Sad....I said....'For goodness sake Gareth stop crying now!!.' Ten minutes later he had died in my arms. We woke up and I looked at him. He looked so healthy. BUT he had died. Bless you little lad...bless you xxxxx

shabbapinkfrog · 29/12/2010 10:00

Morning girls xxx

Babysat for Lew last night while his Mummy and Daddy went out.

Well.....lets just say I 'got through' yesterday......the emotional wreck that I used to be on my lads birthday has changed into someone who sighs all day and thinks of happier times. It, now, just seems so sad.....what a waste of a precious, vital little lad xxx

deemented · 29/12/2010 10:24

It is such a waste Shabbs, but you know what? His life wasn't in vain, not while you're here to remember him, to love him.

Sending much love to all x

shabbapinkfrog · 29/12/2010 10:47

True Dee. Also, I always think, I am glad we allowed them to do a PM. Nowadays I hear about children having surgery to correct the same heart condition....I think Gareth played a small part in making sure that could happen. We met a teenage lad years ago in Faliraki who had had the same problems and was now fighting fit...I like to think that Gareth had a tiny part to play in that xxxx

hazygirl · 29/12/2010 14:24

Congratulations hazy to you and your family, that's lovely news. I hope they are home soon!

shabs it's lovely you can think about Gareth's PM like that and know his short life achieved something special.

I finally got around to buying a beautiful book today for Bobbie's memory box. There's lots I want to write in it. It's got a picture of a woman's face on the front with a couple of golden tears on the cheek. Inside the cover it says: "The face would have no rainbows if the eyes had no tears"
Just seemed fitting somehow.

First puking this morning. Hoping against hope that that means all is well with the little bean so far.
