You are right - we will all get through tomorrow - I sometimes find that the day is nowhere near as bad as the build up to it.

Doesn't stop me wishing that all my lads were around the table and we were all sat on 'emergency chairs' - making loads of noise and maybe more than one grandchild playing????

Love to you all.... Tonight has been emotional.... Have opened the box of wine and am feeling a strange sense of déjà vu as something similar went on last year!!! Will be thinking of you all and our missing children ... Ds1 chose a candle holder last week and all day tomorrow will shine candles in honour of gregor and all your children xxxx

PPM I have struggled a bit tonight to 'keep it all together.' Have just been having a feel of my pressies and I think my DIL has bought me candles - they smell good!!! Will also light my candle in honour and with respect and love for all our children.

Morning. So far feeling numb. Presents have been left untouched under Belle's tree. I'm sure we'll get around to them later. I sat there looking at them last night, thinking how flaming many there were for just me and DH (and one or two for Fiz Cat). It's like we're children. Our families have spoilt us, but looking at how many there are makes me think just how many there should've been. :(

Going to get dressed in a minute. Go to church and then up to Belle's garden. She has lots of pink flowers and her bubbles today.

Hi ladies, Dh has taken Dss back and gone to pick my mum up, so on my own for a bit ( well me and the cat!). We've opened presents and I'm cooking and pretending it's like any other Xmas except it's not

My Mum and Dad, fed and watered and on their way home. OMG I am so tired now!!!

I have a massive candle that is Christmas scented! Ginger, Cinammon, etc etc it is beautiful....I have it lit for all our babies - of every age. I have lit it as a symbol of my respect and love for each and every one of them.

What have I missed?!

Been thoroughly spoiled by DH. My favourite has to be my present from Belle; a "Me and My Mummy" photoframe with pictures of me and her in. I'd bought a small angel statue and written DH a poem from Belle.

All in all, its been an awful but somehow perfect day. I don't know how that even makes sense. Its been perfect in the sense that this is all we've got.

Her garden is beautiful and bubbles went really well.

Fiz (cat) is pleased with her presents too!
