Oh - congrats - boys are great! LOVE mine. Can't believe that I now willingly take an interest in football though!

CristinaTheAstonishing · 03/05/2007 23:01

Would Pascal be limited only to boys born around Eastertime?

bilblio · 03/05/2007 23:11

I'm going to keep an eye on this thread because we're totally stuck for names.

Actually I'm not. I've a feeling I'm having a boy, and right from the start I've wanted to call it Seth. I've got it so stuck into my head that no other name seems right.
Unfortunately 6.5 months down the line I still can't convince blokey it's a good name. He hates it. At least the rest of the family have come round to it now though.

Seth might be a bit hard to say in French though.

pickledpear · 03/05/2007 23:15

amos!!!!!

Londonmamma · 03/05/2007 23:16

You'll get SEFF, if it's in French.

A family I know has four boys, all of whose names would sound good in French:

Gabriel, Pascale, Raffael and Joel

pickledpear · 03/05/2007 23:17

ciff in english...rofl

mamazon · 03/05/2007 23:19

I absolutly adore the names Stanley and Billy.

EllieKthePA · 03/05/2007 23:21

Matthew Philip James

TheodoresMummy · 03/05/2007 23:31

DS - Theodore Adam

christywhisty · 03/05/2007 23:38

I have a Samuel James known as Sam

katelyle · 03/05/2007 23:56

Seth always makes me think of Cold Comfort Farm !

wishingmummy · 04/05/2007 00:00

what about inigo, or randy?

bilblio · 04/05/2007 00:26

I think blokey hates Seth because of Emmerdale. But he then had the cheek to say Arthur was okay when his Dad suggested it.

skerriesmum · 04/05/2007 00:47

Martin (also nice en francais!)

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 04/05/2007 00:47

I'd do Seth Starkadder

PartyClown · 04/05/2007 01:14

sam

alipiggie · 04/05/2007 01:52

Well if you really want to know

Francis Haley Jacob Maria
Robert Anthony Peter Maria

Their father is a lapsed catholic and I'm sure they'll curse me forever when it comes to form filling in. Named after respective paternal/maternal grandfathers. Congratulations.

ghosty · 04/05/2007 01:59

Edward, shortened to Teddy until very recently. He now introduces himself as Ted.
He is 7.
DD would have been Oliver.
