insywinsyspider · 01/08/2008 22:41

or even as a first name

Christmas Bear Spider

Down?

though you don't want to find yourself grunting every time you shout their full name in anger

MsDemeanor · 01/08/2008 22:44

Really, it's a nickname, not a name. Surely?

insywinsyspider · 01/08/2008 22:46

ok anyone know how to withdraw a thread?? it honestly was a serious question, I get it its not popular so will just work it out

girlandboy · 01/08/2008 22:48

Yep, Edward Michael Grylls. Only changed it to Bear because that was his nickname at school.

MarmadukeScarlet · 01/08/2008 22:50

sherby

MsDemeanor · 01/08/2008 22:51

Is it after Bear Grylls? YOu do know his real name is Edward don't you? And that Bear is just his nickname? Christen him Edward and call him Bear if you like. It's just not a name.

MsDemeanor · 01/08/2008 22:51

x-post!

Bear Anthony
Bear Alexander

I can see why you needed to ask, I can't think of anything that seems to follow it. Could you have two middle names? Bear Anthony James or Bear Alexander Samuel sounds more fluid.

MsDemeanor · 01/08/2008 22:59

It just sounds like you are saying bare (as in naked) Joshua or whatever. But that's because Bear isn't a name.

OldGregg · 01/08/2008 22:59

I know a boy called Bear. There is a Teddy in the same class.
