Not coming up with names with agree on, and Persephone is a hard name to top!

So far we've got Serafina (altho not liking the nn of Sera/Sarah) and Anastasia.

Any other suggestions welcome

How about Misaki - meaning beautiful blossom in Japanese ?
or google for other pretty Japanese names related to spring growth and blossom
Or even "blossom" ? (perhaps for a nickname ?)

Oh everlong, nothing wrong with people thinking they're posh. It was just my opinion. In my opinion none of these names are posh. I just don't like them.

Hayleyh34 · 11/08/2013 22:30

I would still never refer to a human being as a peasant. To me that is awful

SantanaLopez · 11/08/2013 22:30

Would Hera be cruel? One queen of heaven and one queen of the afterworld?! Grin

MrsSchadenfreude · 11/08/2013 22:31

Jane.

ExitPursuedByABear · 11/08/2013 22:33

So the fuck off doesn't bother you but the peasant does?

He sounds lovely Everlong. Have you still got the spaniel?

WishYouWereMine · 11/08/2013 22:35

:( My daughter is Persephone. I just really loved the name. Didn't choose it to be 'pretentious'. I actually fell in love with it in Malorie Blackman's books.
So :P

dufflefluffle · 11/08/2013 22:37

Calpurnia; Arabella; Pursefone?

Riiiiight. Why?

ExitPursuedByABear · 11/08/2013 22:38

Do that makes me superior and inferior?

Pretty level then.

Hayleyh34 · 11/08/2013 22:39

Still don't get why posh is an insult. My point was about people thinking these names were posh. Nothing more, nothing less

Hayleyh34 · 11/08/2013 22:40

And I don't. That is all.
