In Canada it might be funded. Just says he has a vagina and breasts now.

One set of prisons for male prisoners.

One much smaller set of prisons for female prisoners. It can be smaller because far, far fewer women and girls commit serious criminal offences that merit passing a sentence of imprisonment. Almost no sex offenders are female. Very few violent offenders are female.

Trans-identified male prisoners don't belong in female prisons. If there are enough of them to merit setting up a separate unit in a male prison, fine, go ahead. But don't put them anywhere near female prisoners, and especially nowhere near the mother and baby units.

Men’s desires being put first over the safety of women and children. This insanity will stop one day, but it won’t be soon enough to prevent some already traumatised women from living in constant terror.

If he hurts any of those children, the people responsible for putting him there should be imprisoned along with him for the crime they are responsible for.
