Why on earth would anyone spend money on this stuff? And AIBU to think those who do are incredibly strange people?

Or am I just a snob?

YANBU, and WTF at that baby monkey?!

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 16:09

You've gotten me started on one of my favourite subjects, The Bradford Exchange.

I take great pleasure in finding the most hideous items that are available on it's website.

Off to have a look now.

SoupDragon · 07/07/2009 16:11

I think, if I had to choose one to own, the baby monkey would be it. The others are just, just...

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 16:11

I love this Christmas tree

whatmaisieknew · 07/07/2009 16:13

From the baby monkey, I made the mistake of following the link to Blessings Times Three, under the heading "Customers who bought...also bought..."

I dare you !!

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 16:13

And who wouldn't love a surfing Jesus

KingRolo · 07/07/2009 16:14

My God, that Christmas tree really does embody the spirit of Elvis!

I wouldn't dream of judging .

Am sitting on my hands having just been accused of being jealous of someone who wears silk flowers

whatmaisieknew · 07/07/2009 16:16

hysterical ! Do you think any of these things are "designed" with a sense of irony, knowing there's a rather, well, special sort of person out there waiting to buy them ?

SoupDragon · 07/07/2009 16:17

Who could you possibly hate enough to remember them with this

KingRolo · 07/07/2009 16:17

whatmaisieknew - Arghh!

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 16:18

I love how they say 'It lights up!' as though it's a good thing.

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 16:18

I hate Thomas Kinkade:Painter of shite.

SecretNinjaChipmunk · 07/07/2009 16:19

OP posts:
SoupDragon · 07/07/2009 16:19

Along the same lines as "It plays music!", Thunderduck

whatmaisieknew · 07/07/2009 16:20

I can't follow any more links in case I don't sleep tonight ! Imagine working all day long in the Bradford Exchange despatch warehouse, packaging all that crap for a living...

FigmentOfYourImagination · 07/07/2009 16:20

how revolting

KingRolo · 07/07/2009 16:20

"Imagine giving yourself or a friend the comfort of this limited-edition bereavement gift - what a lovely way to welcome the healing touch of faith! Order now!" LOL
