Why on earth would anyone spend money on this stuff? And AIBU to think those who do are incredibly strange people?

Or am I just a snob?

Fantastic. This stuff is better than all the stuff in the kleenezee and betterware catalogues put together!

My stepmum has a collection of china shoes on a custom built shelf.......

and a collection of Cliff Richard plates.

I'm sending her a link.

Does anyone remember those fantastic adverts Viz used to do? I particularly remember the "Mummy I Done A Poo-Poo" heirloom porcelain doll with its lovingly handcrafted poo nestling delicately in the porcelain potty. Order now for only 60 payments of £1999!

hereidrawtheline, the room you speak of exists - my mum and dad's living room is a palace of tat (they love it all though ....)

I love how they say 'Strong demand is expected'.

Why? Did they get wind that the local mental hospital is shutting down and all patients being released?

muggglewump · 07/07/2009 16:54

FlappyTheBat · 07/07/2009 17:02

Lesson to self, when googling lifelike dolls, be prepared to expect the unexpected

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 17:04

That shot of them hanging on the rack is about the scariest thing ever.

muggglewump · 07/07/2009 17:07

"Demand for these unique miniature monkey collectibles is sure to be high."

Are you really sure?

FlappyTheBat · 07/07/2009 17:08

was trying to find those dolls that people buy that look like babies, ended up finding "dolls" that have 3 fully functional holes - sorry!

muggglewump · 07/07/2009 17:09

Thsoe hanging dolls are truly creepy.

Who on earth buys those?
Actually I think it's best not to know

retiredgoth2 · 07/07/2009 17:10

I may have to forward that link to the miniature collectible monkeys to a colleague.

...however, I shall omit my observation that she bears a striking resemblance to said item.

Thunderduck · 07/07/2009 17:10

LMAO. I can't believe how hideous those monkey things are.

FlappyTheBat · 07/07/2009 17:10

FlappyTheBat · 07/07/2009 17:12
