Pray Tell.
What Book?

juicyjolly · 05/12/2008 00:05

I too think she has a lovely face.

Cuddley and Smudgey if you ask me!

Quadrophenia · 05/12/2008 00:06

juicyjolly think its an autobiography her face takes up the whole cover with a 'wicked grin'

BlackEyedDogstar · 05/12/2008 00:09

you mean 'Dear Fatty'

now, I like DF

but agree, this looks hideous

juicyjolly · 05/12/2008 00:14

Yes, thats what I like about her, she does have a wicked grin, and is really pretty, but sexy too.

TisTheSeasonToBeSolo · 05/12/2008 00:17

I think she is beautiful, but I haven't seen the book in question...

hertsnessex · 05/12/2008 00:29

i hate the book title, but like her alot.

hunkermunker · 05/12/2008 00:38

Does she have to do the "my mouth is a rectangle, look!" face so often though?

roisin · 05/12/2008 03:12

The book is superb though. It is unlike any other biography I've read, as she is shockingly open and honest in the way she shares her experiences.

I don't know if you are aware but it's written as a series of letters to her nearest and dearest, telling some of the reasons why they are important to her and what experiences they've shared in the past.

I loved it. It's also a fascinating insight into where her humour (which I love) comes from.

I will go and look at the cover now: it didn't offend me!

I love Dawn French and I like the book cover too. Will definitely read the book now so thanks for posting!

pania · 05/12/2008 14:54

And hasn't she got lovely skin?

OrmIrian · 05/12/2008 15:01

I like her and think she's really lovely. Heard her talking about her book on R4. I rarely read biographies but it does sound interesting.

NotanOtter · 05/12/2008 21:16

wilkos - i have lots of not lovely mumblings au sujet de Dawn!

seems she is not so sweet and bubbly as she might have us believe

OP posts:
lil · 05/12/2008 21:21

does it say why she is happy being so big? its rare in the celebrity world.

Sparkler · 06/01/2009 23:04

Just wanted to add to this thread. I had Dear Fatty for Christmas and started reading it a couple of days ago. I was laughing my head off after reading 3/4 pages. Absolutely fantastic book. I love Dawn French!!!
