Just seen a weather report where everyone is super excited about well above average temps.

Our local area water pressure has recently been turned down as a direct result of the drought.

Anyone else just so done with all this?

My kingdom for a cool night where I can sleep properly again!

It’s been FIVE MONTHS since I’ve been able to use a duvet.

My bedroom hasn’t been below 19.5c since the middle of May. I long for a bedtime where I will need a blanket or even two!

what temperature is your bedroom that you’ve needed an electric blanket already? (Asking cos I’m nosy not judgy. I genuinely feel like my body’s climate control malfunctions. I’m always so warm!)

I’m in western Scotland and right now I’d pay you for a beautiful, hot and sunny day. I think we’ve had, at most, 2 or 3 glorious days this summer. Seriously, it’s getting me down. Scottish winters are hard for me to cope with and the thought of another without even had a chance to sit outside in the sun is horrible.

Agreed..we are Ne Scotland it can be harsh
We are not into the minus freeze your bits off and the torvill &Dean pavements.

It's been lovely here in the South East. Cool enough at night to sleep well woth a duvet but pleasantly warm during the day.

I hope there is some more warm weather before the El Niño deluge for months on end. It’s only low 20s though so still jumper weather unfortunately. I’ve had to get winter clothes out. 😡

The weather over the last couple of weeks has been ideal for me. Each to their own.

It's been like living in SE Asia in the North West for months now. Today has been bloody boiling.

I don’t know what it’s like in SE Asia but yes it was insanely humid today! Yet I only saw the sun briefly this afternoon. We had thick grey fog for most of the morning, it’s bonkers.

I don't understand where you live that you can't use a duvet. I'm in the SE, it's been mildly warm recently with cold mornings.

Northwest has been fairly cool for ages, even had a hot water bottle this week which was lovely, and two blankets instead of my usual one. Grey skies, rain, wind, lovely and back to normal.

Near manchester, I think we have our own weather system. Today has been pelting down rain, grey, but very warm. Last week was freezing!

Maybe better weather is on its way, cos it’s seventeen degrees and blazing sunshine now, after heavy rain first thing.

It’s 20 degrees here. Had to go into town. Had on a short sleeved rugby style top and jeans. No coat. Was bloody boiling. Really unreasonable for this time of year!
