Husband lying on bed in sweaty clothes

Im wondering if I’m BU here as I’ve been told by my husband I am. He runs. When he runs often long runs he comes home and sits on our fabric chairs in the kitchen or goes up and lies on our bed. This morning I changed the bed put new sheets on and he come home lies on the bed whilst waiting for the water to heat up. Apparently I’m been precious.

Exactly the same here.

That's just ridiculous. Can't imagine being that anal.

I think it's quite sad if people make their own life so difficult by imposing so many weird rules, instead of just having a home that fits around their lifestyle, as it should be.

Upstairs bed? Fine.

Anything downstairs that you are not allowed to walk on or sit on, or breath next to because it cant' get clean? What a life.

My kids are not allowed to trek around the house covered in mud, for many reasons, but IF there was mud on the floor or a kitchen chair, it would be such a non-issue. Also helps the house always smelling fresh when you don't have upholstered everything around cooking and eating areas

I don't think you are BU, I'm a runner and I do not sit on any furniture when I get back from running, I'm straight in the shower. If I drive somewhere to go for a run I put a black bin liner on my seat when I'm driving home.

He needs to be changing the bed every time, a few rounds with the quilt and he’ll understand.
