What they both want to do is to be given a massive, even 'royal' reception and make speeches. They want to say lovely, virtue-signalling things which make them seem wonderful people. They want adulation for this..oh, and a hefty pay cheque too, plus VIP treatment.
They want recognition - but what for? That's increasingly their problem. They both like to be seen making wonderful gestures - going to visit firefighters during the LA fires - that sort of thing.
Actually, Harry's outdoor, action-man strengths would be well-used as a Park Ranger (serious stuff in the US - big landscapes, bears, hot geysers, wilderness etc) and he'd be good at it. But where would the adulation come from? And he'd actually have to work at it every day like other people.
I think that was the problem with - can't remember the company - it wasn't Netflix, was it??? The one where they were supposed to be creating content and neither of them lifted a finger except to mention a bonkers idea which they clearly expected other people to take forward. They don't intend to actually do the work - either of them - they just want to 'appear', make a speech, get clapped and some kind of award, and go home with the pay cheque.
