Don’t know if this really AIBU or a question!
AIBU to think that shorts have become way too short ?
I have seen a LOT of girls in shorts today - with their bum cheeks hanging out the bottom ! Personally I wouldn’t let my daughter out like that. And I wouldn’t were them myself (I would give everyone nightmares !).
so what’s the consensus on bums hanging out of shorts ?

I would have been tempted to loudly say Eww, can you smell that, it stinks of shit. 💩
People can turn round to look at the person wearing the flash your bum cheek shorts and figure out why it stinks. Gross!

I saw a picture of a woman's funeral recently and her two daughters were leaning over the coffin with those shorts on, in church with their arse cheeks on display for the congregation. I'm no prude but it sickened me. In my town those leotard things also seem to be in fashion, with every bump, nipple and camel toe out in full force. I have finally turned into my mother, I regularly think What is the world coming to?

Something needs to be done and someone needs to get to the bottom of this.

But when you see a thing you make an judgement and either disengage or don’t, unless you’ve got some kind of neurological disorder where you are unable to engage with anything you see. If you did you would never recognise a friend or be able to navigate through familiar landmarks because everything would be merged into one continuous blur.

Who on earth takes pics at a funeral, is this a new thing? Who wears shorts to a funeral and then bends over a coffin? All sounds very strange.

This was virtually unheard of until about 10 years ago. I was very shocked when my grandfather's funeral was filmed, but it was done by a photographer and professionally done to send to relatives abroad. Now I see young ones waving phones, taking selfies with the coffin and/or at the grave side. I came across a reddit thread recently asking what is the new sign of chavvy behaviour and posing at the graveside was a top answer. I actually saw a request on a funeral announcement recently "please no filming at the graveside, our mother was a private person". Who on earth would have thought...

That's appalling behaviour. Did anybody say anything??
