Surely he's not pulling this trick again?

I do find it extraordinary that in my lifetime a President of the USA is seemingly friends with a Russian leader like Putin. An ex KGB man. He has a picture of him in the Oval Office. Best buddies.
America who have you voted into power ?
I am not entirely confident there will be mid terms actually.

I find it extraordinary that I live in the time when I am scared of what the US President will do next. I grew up up in a country where we were scared of what Soviets will do if we speak too loud or protest too much. Once Putin took control of Russia everyone was aware he was dangerous. US was never a threat.
Now their President is as unhinged as Putin.

Monty36 · 26/04/2026 10:37

Well, I am not convinced it was not staged. I didn’t think the last one wasn’t either.

Imo he's always being targeted when he is getting bad press.

Can't stand the guy but that's a bit of a stretch.

1.He's always getting bad press.
2.Loads of people hate him enough to take a pop.
3.I can't imagine anyone likes enough to become a patsy and spend their life in prison to draw attention away from all the crap he's up to .

I wonder how all of you would feel if your king, queen, prince of Wales, or prime minister was shot at. A man died in Pennsylvania, it wasn't pretend or a joke.

But the Royals aren’t ruining the Worlds economy or committing war crimes. He’s a vile selfish spoiled human being, I feel sorry for Prince Charles having to communicate with that cretin.

I doubt that it was staged but perhaps that's my naivety showing - believing Trump or those around him is most often a very stupid thing to do.

so True .

Because leftists glorify political violence. Even on this thread you can see them.

I am actually more right-wing than Trump in most respects. So I feel threatened by them
too. They’d kill me without a second thought and brand themselves virtuous.

🤣 what a crock.

Crikeyalmighty · 26/04/2026 10:47

@Momtotwokidsvplease explain why his ear has no damage whatsoever and the fact they hauled him up to punch up , rather than pushing him down - you genuinely think Trump would give a rats arse about anyone else being killed?

He celebrated Rob Reiner and his wife being murdered by their son.

I'm really not a violent person. I live my life in a peaceful manner, and try to help those around me do so too. Much of my youth was spent on 'peace protests' (CND etc) and I've never thought violence was the answer to anything.
But for Trump, I make an exception. I hope that sooner, rather than later, someone succeeds in killing him. He is an absolute danger to world peace. The same goes for Putin.

“Not a violent person” but hopes someone succeeds in killing Trump soon, vile rhetoric from the tolerant left as always. I hate Starmer and Biden but don’t wish them dead.

I’m not sure why people ask why so many attempts when there are posts like that one and similar everywhere. Of course it’ll get people motivated to try.

MulberryBrandy · 26/04/2026 11:27

"a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back" Donald Trump

I think this is what is upsetting many right-minded people all over the world. But no we should not write about killing people. Please, the citizens of the US and Russia give your leaders a fair trial and lock them up.

LesbianNana · 26/04/2026 11:34

ruethewhirl · 26/04/2026 10:32

Can you substantiate that claim?

To start with look at how many people here have no problem with murdering people they don’t agree with.

Except for the softball shootings, the BLM murders and the assassination attempt on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and his family at his home (2022), these are within the last year:

Four assassination attempts on Trump; assassinated Charlie Kirk; attempted assassination on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh; shooting of Republican Congressman Steve Scalise and other Republican congressmen during an organized softball game; Hispanic immigrant shot and killed by deranged leftist shooting up ICE facility; ICE agent shot in neck by anti-ICE rioter; Free Palestine New Hampshire country club shooter; Transgender person murdered border patrol agent; Washington DC Museum murders of Jewish delegates 40 billion dollars in damage and 20 murders during George Floyd “Summer of Love” riots; throwing home-made bombs at peaceful protesters; vandalizing people’s cars and fire-bombing Tesla dealerships; nurse assaulted elderly man wearing MAGA hat; man intentionally ran over and murdered a teenager wearing a MAGA hat; people dropped concrete blocks off freeway overpass onto cop cars during anti-ICE riots; bricks thrown at police; Left poll worker attacked person wearing MAGA hat; Fox News van firebombed; leftist drove 9 hours to set a church on fire that was holding Charlie Kirk vigil; drive by shooting of an abc studio after they took Kimmel off the air; Free Palestine New Hampshire country club shooter; Transgender person murdered border patrol agent; Washington DC Museum murders of Jewish delegates; police arrested a man with hundreds of explosives outside a church shortly before an annual Mass marking the start of the Supreme Court’s new term.

The list is exhaustive but I won’t keep going, you get the hint.

Everything is an existential threat, everything is the end of the world or the end of democracy, everyone is a nazi, everyone is a fascist.

Believe me, it has to be quite the exception for me to think this way. It has surprised me also. But yes, I hope someone kills him.
(Biden and Starmer aren't obvious threats to world peace. Trump and Putin are.)

I think the only response to that is why do you think that level of violence never happened when Biden was in the White House?

You think that's a good response? The answer could be that his opponents aren't as violent.

Edited

If the profile of the person already up is correct then perhaps he is not too removed in background from people who post this online.

People get radicalised pretty easily by violence online.

CurlewKate · 26/04/2026 11:42

I don’t actually want Trump to be shot although I would not mourn him. But I do find the way Righties seem to ignore the way he has glorified the death of individuals and groups very odd. And hypocritical.

I really sympathise with how you feel but even with Trump we should not make an exception. Political killing is wrong.
Would I have approved if Hitler had been assassinated? Yes because he was responsible for ongoing genocide.

Madarch · 26/04/2026 11:44

Fragile ego attends dinner to celebrate sworn enemy, the press, where he had previously been royally and publically humiliated by Barack Obama... I'm not usually into conspiracies, but you have to admit it all seems a bit convenient.

AccordingToWhom · 26/04/2026 11:39

True, good point. Yet let's be realistic - the cancerous rhetoric spread by Trump since he's come to power and which has divided the US has fuelled the violence towards him and his fellow right-wing extremists.

Also, you could easily list as many violent acts his administration has committed against US citizens in the last year, starting with Alex Pretti.

FWIW, I'm in the "I don't want him or anyone else assassinated" camp. But let's not pretend Trump hasn't brought this on himself or staged it to get his ballroom built.
