Tuna with mayo mashed in, it’s just so lovely, isn’t it?!

Any other simple foods that are delish

We had it on baked spuds for tea last night.

Tuna, mayo and sweetcorn with a few turns of the pepper grinder. Can make it in minutes and tastes bloody lovely.

Beetroot, feta sprinkled with a little lemon juice in a pitta spread with hummus. Absolutely lovely.

Try Greek yoghurt with S&P and a splash of lemon juice. If you like you can add a tsp of Dijon for extra tang.
