I was coming here to launch a defence of tuna mayo as I automatically assumed you were an uneducated hater, but yes, totally agree 😂

Figgygal · Yesterday 19:00

Best filling ever

Abra1t · Yesterday 19:01

Just had it with jacket potatoes and asparagus for dinner.

No hate here 😂
Just been eating it and god I love it, even without adding it to pasta, jacket potatoes, sandwiches..just off the fork is lovely too
Ultimate is on white bread (never eat it anymore, so it’s a treat!)

Yes. I add lots of ground black pepper and some dried chipotle chili too. Maybe I am an unsophisticated animal.

101Alsatians · Yesterday 19:01

Yes!
Egg mayo with a splash of paprika too.

KeyOfTheDoor · Yesterday 19:03

Tomatoes. Lovely, lovely tomatoes.

On their own?

I love cherry tomatoes and tomatoes in food/dishes

And sweetcorn and a spot of whole grain mustard. Delicious

British strawberries
m&s applause grapes (giant and crispy)

TheChosenTwo · Yesterday 19:05

I like it too, tuna mayo with a bit of salt and spring onion, I use chunky cucumber slices to scoop it up and shovel it into my mouth from the bowl!

weareallcats · Yesterday 19:05

Feta cheese and raspberries.

They're nice sliced with olive oil and salt and pepper. But really they're just nice full stop.

Afraid I can't get on board with the tuna love as I'm a vegetarian!

LittleMissClutter · Yesterday 19:05

Love tuna mayo but you need to grind in lots of black pepper.

Similar is half a plate of tuna mayo, and the other half really buttery mash. No jacket potato skin, just the soft innards. Mush on mush, it's fantastic.

Me neither, I basically mainline them until they’re out of season!

HoraceCope · Yesterday 19:08

tuna mayo plus a bit of salad cream, sliced spring onions and black olives

Me too 😂

I love tuna mayo! I always used to add chopped red onion but now I add chopped red jalapeños instead - gamechanger!

hereismydog · Yesterday 19:10

Tuna mayo, sweetcorn, finely diced red pepper and spring onion dolloped on a fluffy jacket potato with a generous twist of black pepper 🤤

CissOff · Yesterday 19:13

Huge fave here. I used to use vinegar in mine but saw somebody on IG using light (not dark, it goes a weird colour) soy sauce instead and it’s bloody brilliant.

With spring onions and sweetcorn - it’s delicious!

Tuna mixed with salad creme is also a rather lovely sandwich filling, if anyone's feeling tuna adventurous.
But yes, YANBU, Tunas awesome.
