The goofy toad of toad hall-faced wanker

At least other countries have sexy right wing twats, why do we get him?

1.Please say his name as it is supposed to be said - farage like garage

  1. Please don't vote for him he's one of Those Guys - smug, sweaty faced supercilious thickies
  1. All his policies are gash

I can’t stand Starmer being PM. It would scare me more if we ended up with the Green Party than Reform

ArseInTheCoOpWindow · 17/02/2026 17:05

Cheer up op. Ladbroke’s have just put this out.

If they get in it’s because Labour are bad enough to get voted out, so there’s that damage first.

I could not give a fuck less about Labour.

But I guess this answers my first question on this thread….

caringcarer · 17/02/2026 17:07

I'd love to see Labour out. Sadly it won't happen for several more years during which time they insist on gifting UK land and money to other countries. Firstly gifting Chagis Islands to Mauritius which has never owned these Islands and are 1600 miles away, now I see they now want to gift trillions to African countries because of past generations slavery reparations. They are not fit to govern with their tax frauds and mismanagement of economy. They had 14 years of planning to get it right yet continually get it wrong. KS dies so many U turns he must be dizzy.

The only issue is that we too would be part of the shit show... I'd rather they lose miserably and crawl back under their rock.

We would be, and I am preparing (as much as one can) for that. The only bit of it that reaaaallllly worries me, is the emboldened racists. I am confident I can ride out the rest of the storm.

Farage not quite far enough to the right for you?

You might find that Rupert Lowe's new party will just end up splitting the far right and keeping them out of power.

If he can get the far right to destroy itself through infighting, then he will have been of great service to the country as a whole.

Possibly, though it's a while until 2029, a little can happen. Certainly they can exert plenty pressure and move the Overton window in that time. I'm sure the right will form a far more stable coalition than Queers for Palestine and Jezbollah

Ooh, that coalition sounds great!

The emboldened racists do worry me too - but I hope living in a diverse area as I do now will stave that off.

And if that does happen then people can stop claiming the UK is not a racist country.

(And at least if they a complete and utter shit show, unlike with Brexit, we can have another election that removes them.)

There's definitely something inherently sleazy about Farage. If I ever had to shake hands with him, I'd have to wash my hand very thoroughly in Dettol for at least an hour.

He pays for his own glasses and suits unlike Starmer who even lets other men buy his wife's dresses for her.

We must be very similar because I kinda wanna see the shit show too! Let it all burn. I am partially protected by income and have a second passport if it really hits the fan. So now I am curious.

I think they need to win outright or lose outright. If they kinda win but not enough to form government without coalition then they can blame their failures on other parties.

That's right. I am in a reasonably good position and I would like to see folks come face to face with their choices.

I want them to WIN WIN! Classic case of 'if you can't hear, then you must feel'.
We are literally watching this play out across the ocean with his bestie in charge, but people are just going to play see no evil, hear no evil... Yup, let it burn!

Dweetfidilove · 17/02/2026 17:16

PandoraSocks · 17/02/2026 16:58

Even then, the people who support Farage would continue to so.

Some of the people suffering most from Trump's policies still support him. Because they still buy the lie that their troubles are the fault of immigrants etc.

Let them continue suffering, I say 🤷🏾‍♀️.

You're talking to a brick wall alas. He's been found out but his fans can't publicly back peddle. Instead Nige is their deflection.

That’s what they said about Brexit Sad

I think many are adopting that attitude with a potential Miliband or Rayner leadership.

Rent-free doesn’t begin to describe it.

Of course, they have to tiptoe around their criticism of Badenoch…

Why would anyone need to tiptoe around criticism of Badenoch?

Strange comment.

Yes, I think we need a reckoning.

For the poor who vote against their interests.
For the apathetic who 'don't get involved in politics' while this is happening around them.
For the racism deniers.
For those who think their otherwise normal neighbours trying to forge a path in life (like them) are the enemy.
For those who mindlessly lose themselves in imagined Internet warfare.
For the flag raisers...

I will say the “the leopard was not supposed to eat MY face” videos from crying Trump voters adversely impacted by his policies are quite entertaining to watch.

Says Labour voters looking at job figures. Or maybe not given the denial.
