Polanski is a buffoon

1000 replies

Bertiebiscuit · 07/02/2026 18:28

How anyone can take the Green party leader Zac Polanski seriously is completely beyond me. He has zero grasp of economics, beyond conning women out of ££££s by pretending he could hypnotise them to increase their bust measurements. He is the worst representative of gay men who worship the men pretending to be women, with no regard for womens and girls' right to privacy, dignity and safety. The man is a 24 carat buffoon.

Polanski will definitely destroy sex based rights for women and girls, as a priority. What have Reform promised to do?

Well Reform don’t vote for legislation protecting women from upskirting, drinks being spiked and harassment. Farage always votes against legislation designed to protect women. Always.

Farage has also been pictured with Andrew Tate saying he’s an important voice for men. You know that sex trafficker, Andrew Tate?

They have known anti abortionists in their Tory reject party, Danny Kruger for one.

Reform have also taken Russian money.

Farage has helped create the immigration problem we have today. Brexit will make our borders safer, we’ll have £200+ million for our NHS. All complete and utter rubbish. We’re poorer and can’t send the boats back. And yet people trust him to sort the problem he helped create?

Reform don’t believe in younger people getting the minimum wage, he’s stated it’s far too much for them to earn, he thinks our children should be poorer.

There’ll be no free to access NHS. Judging by some of the people I see as typical Reform voters who look as though they can’t even afford NHS dentist prices, god only help them when they have to pay health insurance and see their premiums double and triple.

RainbowBagels · 08/02/2026 16:35

Its easy to say 'The rich are getting richer' and 'tax the rich' and 'lets print money because it doesn't really exist' but when push comes to shove, what you have to do is actually look at how the economy works. Its fine saying 'abolish NATO and establish some alternative with some random countries hes pulled out of his arse and ask Russia and Iran to get rid of their nuclear weapons but then he has to put those into practice. he can say what he likes because he knows he wont actually have to do it, and if he manages to get the Greens into a minority government he can just blame ( probably) Labour for it.. The other parties have a chance of actually having to put into practice what they say.

This is such a cop out. Believing that women and girls should have separate, safe spaces doesn’t make somebody right wing. You sound like a child. ‘No you are etc’

There is no such thing as a separate, safe space for women and girls anywhere in the world. And that’s not because of trans people. It’s because of men.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 08/02/2026 16:36

Genderists: You can advance search my posts on this issue in this username or a very similar one going back to 2016 (and I had another one before that). It predates Brexit. It predates Trump. It predates Theresa May, Boris, Liz Truss, Rishi and Starmer. It predates most of what’s happened, JKR, Glinner etc.

I was a Labour member back then, stupidly idealistic about Corbyn. You’re wrong, and I’d like you to stop lying about FWR women’s motivations for valuing our sex based rights, please.

@Ionlymakejokestodistractmyself
"He's the only political leader I've seen getting traction with the message that the rich are getting richer, and running many of our services into the ground, while the rest of us feel the pinch"

it's one thing to say that that's happening. We all know that it's happening. But he has no solution for dealing with it. And he doesn't know the difference between debt and deficit.

I'll leave you to figure out what the woman issue is.

What do you think about open borders and legalisation of all drugs?

Voicing it is half the battle. And can wield influence on other parties if they see it's getting support.

Just look at Farage's anti immigration rhetoric and how that has shaped political conversations and decisions. He hasn't got a workable solution for that either.

Another cop out. Why bother having any single sex spaces because ‘bad men’ could come in anyway? We all know the reasons, to pretend otherwise is disingenuous. Don’t dress this movement up as anything other than what it is: the biggest attack on women’s rights since we got them.

Many of those “trans people” are men. They pose an equal risk to women as other men, and their presence in female spaces is a violation of our privacy and dignity. And according to all recent polls, most women don’t want them in female only spaces. They agree with me, not you, the TRAs and Polanski. Why aren’t their views important?

GargoylesofBeelzebub · 08/02/2026 16:40

It’s so embarrassing that so many have fallen for this conman. It seems all anyone has to do to get some fools excited is have some snappy sound bites. No actual detail or depth to policies are needed.

BunfightBetty · 08/02/2026 16:43

Skinnysaluki · 08/02/2026 16:20

None of you are politically homeless though are you? You’re right at home in the current climate. Trump, Farage, Badenoch, most of the media are all right alongside. Life for trans people is pretty miserable and as far as I can see, life for women is no better as a result

Oh wow. So upset and angry, but with so very little knowledge of what you so confidently allege.

The FWR board is full of posters who are politically homeless. People like me, for example, who are centre left but care about women's rights. I've never voted Tory and despise Farage and Reform, Trump etc. Previously I have voted Labour and Lib Dem. Not the last few times, though, because I'm not foolish or masochistic enough to be a turkey and vote for Christmas.

The berating you, and posters like you, do to people like me is such a waste of your time. If you and others in the left-wing parties really want us to come back into the fold, all you need to do is convince the leaderships of those parties to adopt reasonable policies that respect women as equal humans to men - just as @teawamutu explained.

They also need to have credible polices on the economy, not pie-in-the-sky economically illiterate student politics style proposals like Polanski's.

It's not hard. So why isn't it being done?

Sorry but it is just absolutely wrong to say the boob hypnosis story is a smear. He did it, he participated fully and had his “Harley street clinic” advertised at the end of the article - it is pure self serving grift and charlatan behaviour - exploiting women with low self esteem. He also can’t claim to have been particularly young - a man of 30.

If you had a clue how media like The Sun operates, you'd understand how narratives and intentions when you get involved in something like this can be utterly twisted. Yes I have many personal examples.

Seems to be a fair point though. It’s true that many carers are immigrants. Those in a lot of similar jobs are too and these are not sought after careers so his comment might actually make people think.

“I’m too good for bum wiping, unlike those people”.

Men who the Green party want to be able to self declare as women. So to be able to declare they are women and walk into any and all single sex spaces. Which ones do you think will take advantage of that? The 94% who aren't sexual predators or the 6% who are?

I'm guessing you didn't vote for Brexit then...

He is absolutely and unashamedly taking a new tack and going down the sound bite route.

And it's working for the Greens. More memberships than ever before.

teawamutu · 08/02/2026 16:48

In effect, you're saying 'women and girls are always being raped by men, so why would we bother trying to make it more difficult for them to do so'.

I don't think - on this site, of all the internet - this is the killer argument you fondly imagine it to be.

Or perhaps ‘I’m grateful for those in my community who are carers/healthcare assistants as it’s a really demanding and difficult job’ ?

What life of privilege makes you think it’s a “non issue” and you can’t imagine any reason women need single sex spaces except to be mean and secretly support the right? Many of us have plenty of experience of bad men.

Genuinely, if you couldn’t bring yourself to vote Labour or Lib Dem in the last few years because of this one particular issue, given EVERYTHING else that has been going on and given the climate crisis, then you really, really need to have a think about priorities.

You’re coming across as the one with the ‘luxury beliefs’ here. I’ll stick with the Equality Act 2010 and the Supreme Court judgement, thanks, not some luxury alternative meaning from Butlerian PoMo studies.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 08/02/2026 17:20

No she doesn’t. We all have our red lines, just because you have zero empathy for women who need women’s spaces without men in them, doesn’t mean you get to dictate what other women’s priorities are.
