Oh god those immediately saying yes I'll take the money, without thinking or even reading on here, the implications make me angry about the Brexit referendum all over again.
It's ok to be thick as fck a bit ignorant about politics and the economy etc, but it's not ok to completely ignore the facts that are presented to you.
I get it, I'm skint too and a million pounds would change my life completely - but not like this.

My immediate thought about Greenland was, they get free healthcare, decent maternity leave, employment protection , sick pay, brilliant annual leave and decent welfare - all of which are lacking for many people in the US .

I hadn't even considered the inflation side of things if a large sum was given to everyone - so obvious now.

It's a shit sandwich.
