I don't know many women who, knowing they were doing their legal duty as she was, would get out of a car because 3 armed men were shouting and trying to open the car door. Are men really surprised that a woman would be scared enough to try to drive away?

He did countless things wrong.

As many others have pointed out, she had ICE on one side, telling her to move her car. On the other side, she had a cretin in a balaclava shouting "get the fuck out of the car". Ignoring the fact that many of us would be (rightly) terrified of a crazed man swearing at us, demanding we get out of our car and then reaching in the vehicle to get to us; she was being given conflicting instructions in a situation that was being deliberately and inexcusably escalated by ICE.

If he followed the protocol of law enforcement correctly then he has done nothing wrong.

I don't think that ICE uniform is distinctive enough but I know nothing about them and live in the UK.

If those men approached my car in that way, I would be petrified. I think from the footage I have seen they are wearing balaclava's so I don't know how she would have known whether they were officials or not.

I won't accept it because 1. ICE are not law enforcement in this context. They have specific authority in relation to "illegal " immigrants. They have zero authority to order a US citizen to do anything. 2. I've seen the videos it isn't what happened. 3. Eye witness accounts state she was told to leave and she was following that order.

The woman in this case was in what a 2 ton vehicle in Icy conditions so you could argue the IC agents were also vulnerable, or at least felt they were.

Also this woman lived in America so not complying with armed officers was a massive risk.
Similar incidents happened in the UK and even here armed police gave opened fire

This woman was trying to wave the ICE cars through- clearly indicating that she was giving their vehicles right of way. She had her window down in order to wave them through respectfully. What thousands of us do every day to let someone into the traffic. Just from a psychological viewpoint alone and considering there is snow and ice on the ground (so it's cold) - IF she had negative intent she would not have been at a standstill with her window down- that's a vulnerability right there. Then one ICE gets out of his vehicle and starts yelling at her. Another from someone else tells her to drive on and move. The shotting ICE officer comes up from behind her field of vision, stands out of her field of vision and shoots.

Witnesses say she had been dropping off ehr kid, or was going to drop off her kid. In some of the footage you can hear a woman screaming 'You have shot my neighbour' which possibly gives credence to somewhere else where they say she was actually trying to leave her own driveway.

Things is- unless we have such radical organisations like CNN and the Washington Post and the BBC persisting in broadcasting these things, then Trumps gaslighting 'domestic terorist' will stand. In fact, it will undoubtedly stand anyway because Trump has never let truth stand in the way of anything that he thinks benefits him.

This is a very very grim day for the US and Americans. And TBH a grim day for the UK and other US 'allies' because they are going to so worried about upsetting Trump that they will just hope the whole thing goes away before they have to say something.

Which 'enforcement orders' would those be? The ones shouting on the right for her to move her vehicle, or the ones on the left shouting for her to 'get the fuck out' of her car?

And so were you there in person to witness the event yourself? How sure are you that what you are being shown is real?

She was being told by one agent to move her car out of the way and another agent was telling her to get out of the car.

I am a dad. And I have went into panic mode when a police car or ambulance is trying to get past. My first thought is to move my car out the way.

That is what drivers are supposed to do if they think they might be blocking the route. She tried waving them past, they got out their unmarked trucks and approached her. My thought would be to move, to clear the route and not get a ticket/fine.
