Its something dd asked me and dh.
We've discovered we used to know/ met a few. I had to explain some were v famous years ago.
I went to school with some foreign royalty but later ended up shagging minor rock stars (had a song written about me)
Also in proper jobs met many influential politicians and a dictator.
Now have boring job

A good friend from school was on Strictly, and I’ve been for dinner with a VERY famous tennis player. Friends with the nephew of a famous singer from the 60s, and that’s my lot 😂

That I know well and would consider a friend? None.
That I’ve crossed paths with during my life? Quite a few, went to school that focused heavily on sport and performing arts so a couple of actors, a footballer and an Olympian, used to be in bands at uni and knew a fairly famous bass player quite well, one of the parents at DCs school is a famous influencer in a niche field.
Couldn’t call any of them up for a chat though so they aren’t friends!

oh yeah and my husband is a household name. He’s very famous. But I couldn’t possibly tell you his name, or job, or age, or hint of why he’s so successful. You’ll just have to guess. And I won’t tell you if you guess correctly. My husband is related by family to one of the milkybar kids and by a connection in the same family to someone from tears for fears. Its a very distant connection and he's never met the bloke from tears for fears but I like to let everyone know. Additionally, I was once on Look North AND I met the London Boys. I think I win 🤣🤣🤣

My DH went to the same school as David bowie, i went to school with a well known feminist journalist. I knew Dawn Frenches mum through work, she once told me i reminded her of Dawn. My friend shagged midge ure. 😂
