Knickers under pyjamas yay or nay

No knickers, no pyjamas here. Hate clothes at night

No knickers here. No pyjamas usually unless it's freezing. Usually just a slip nightie and that's mainly in case I get up for a wee and bump into a child or guest on the landing. Hate feeling all bundled up and sweaty around the flaps. Have a bath before bed so I'm all clean. Nothing gushes out. If it did I might wear something more I suppose.

A lot of women seem disgusted by their own natural bodies. I doubt men give this crap a moment's thought.

No knickers here, let it breathe! That being said when I go to bed I take my bottoms off then sleep in knickers.

Hot water bottle, duvets , blankets? Is your house that freezing

No heating at night. I go naked in the summer but like the extra warmth in winter.

Do people put hearing on at night? Never done that in my life. If it's cold just put a water bottle in half hour before. Soon warms up. Or if I'm at DPs then he's a human radiator

My tuppence worth, nightdresses, while allowing freedom from knickers simply ride up in bed and provide no protection from legs/thighs sticking together.

I was brought up no knickers, but I’ve never liked the feeling of pyjama seams or the bottoms twisting around my legs in bed.

I do have kids and it’s only my skin that bothers me when I’m trying to sleep…I never said it made sense!

Cotton knickers are unlikely to do that, I've never had thrush and I HAVE to wear knickers in bed, so that theory falls down...

My 3 DD used to wear clean knickers every night and clean knickers every morning and they have passed this onto their DC. I do the same Daytime socks clean everyday . However, day clothes can be worn till they smell or look dirty.

Having your bits come into contact with your pyjamas with no barrier for vaginal secretions? Unless you're as dry as a nun down there, that's a hard no from me.

Everyone's different and not everyone will agree. The OP asked for a debate (a heated argument) to be settled. People have given their opinions to help settle it. I personally don't like it, others personally do like it. The beauty of debate is the ability to agree to disagree and encourage discussion to hopefully settle the debate.
