Constipation- nothing works!

I've been constipated for 20 days now!
I've been taking senokot for the last 12 days and Movacol twice daily for a week.
I even tried glycerine suppositories over the weekend.
Nothing!
What else can I do?
It's really uncomfortable and I have a pain in my side.
Aibu to this one of these should have worked?

The Op hasent been for 20 days it won't.

Are you taking a weight loss drug? That can do it as slows digestion
you do need to medical help but you also need more movicol that’s not enough

OP this is serious, you need a doctor, not orange juice, coffee, wine and sweets 🤬

Only if it’s backed up so much the OP has a sore throat.

My son suffers with chronic constipation,nobody has ever performed a manual evacuation on him usually a combination of enemas ,and oral medication works eventually
However I agree the Op absolutely needs to see a Dr ASAP as impaction can be very dangerous.

If it’s near the sphincter it’s possible to press it out by pushing your perineum very hard upwards towards the centre of your body. I had to do this several times for my son and last week for me.

But honestly it sounds like you’re in a bad situation and should be at the a&e. I know somebody who nearly died from bowel obstruction. I don’t honestly know why you’re even thinking about work right now

I'm.not minimising I know how serious it is which Is why I keep telling the Op to go to the Dr's ASAP
And my son has gone for extended periods of time, and it's always been medically managed in hospital, but without a manual evacuation.

Have you seen a medic yet OP?

Yes currently in a&e. Done triage and they're trying to find me a bed.
Went to the dr after work who told me to go to hospital now or she'd call me an ambulance
