Fucking flags

I know this has probably been done to death on here and there will be lots of threads about it already but I cant be bothered to trawl through the site for them so here I am.

I’m so irritated by the England flags popping up everywhere. There has been an influx put up in my area over the last week, it seems to be increasing by the day. I don’t hate the flag, but I hate the fact it is being used to send a clear message by racists. People aren’t doing it to be patriotic they are doing it to be hateful towards those that they don’t feel ‘belong’ in their country.

I don’t want to see all of these flags in my area. If people are entitled to put them up then why am I not entitled to go and cut the fuckers down? And don’t get me started on the spray painting of public roundabouts and road signage by people who allegedly love their country so much that they are vandalising it at the expense of public money.

If I see one more person give a ‘big well done to whoever has erected the flags on xyz street’ on Facebook I will explode. Does anyone else feel ragey over it?

You do know that because Faragge fucked up Brexit and the returns agreement that Immigration has been higher than ever? If not have a look into it, Farrages wife is also an immigrant and he has two passports they guys is an absolute hypocrite the highest standards and also read into Reforms policies properly they hate the disabled the country will be screwed and fucked up even more than he did Brexit

Well, it's WW2 really if you look at the history and plenty of the "old 'uns" as you so diminishingly put it in my family fought to keep people who think like Stephen Yaxley-Lennon out of our country. Some died though.

The england flag is not being shown to show patriotism, at the present time and tensions, it’s being used to demonstrate Nationalism and Racism.
Noone is stopping anyone flying their flag on their own property though even then question why this sudden patriotism

Not RTFT but the second you tell anyone they MUST or MUST NOT do something, they will go and do the opposite.

The “ old uns” as you patronizingly call them, were principled and brave in the main. And many died fighting fascism.

And many many black and minority ethnic men died on the side of the UK, fighting fascism.

Those putting up flags all over the show have one intent, to stir up hate and to intimidate black and minority ethnic people.

I love my nation's flag being flown in its own country. The only thing that makes me fearful is the Xenophobia being shown by those who hate anything English.

Now, if you object to the extreme numbers of immigration, you are racist.

Nobody is saying that. You are free to object to the immigration figures (while also hopefully noting that ours are a lot lower than most European countries). That is not necessarily racist.

But if you claim that all immigrants are rapists, you are racist.

If you congregate outside asylum hotels and shout abuse, you are racist.

If you graffiti George crosses on mosques, Chinese restaurants or other establishments owned or frequented by immigrants, you are racist.

If you have chosen to fly a George cross in the past couple of weeks, for the first time ever, to display your support for this racist, far-right campaign, you are racist.

And if the Swiss started using theirs as a "particular political comment"?

Would the Swiss public call them racists?
