Hello All,

Just seeing if any current parents can tell me if the vast majority of kids at Teddies thrive academically. I have heard this from current parents and students.

They love picnics.

I can't decide if this thread is unbearable or a teducation.

Doggymummar · 03/07/2025 20:04

My teddies don't have genitals, I just checked

The OP hasn't returned. I hope she hasn't had the stuffing knocked out of her by the response to her thread. Bear

I hope she hasn’t gone down to the woods today.

Good evening. I am starting a campaign "Free Pink Pauline" . She has been locked in a cupboard since 1968, which is surely a cruel and unusual punishment.
Who will support this cause?

JUSTICE FOR PINK PAULINE

BeamMeUpCountMeIn · 03/07/2025 20:07

I notice that they tend to focus on the bear necessities and don't stretch themselves.

MrsKypp · 03/07/2025 20:08

They definitely give their all on Sports Day

Sunshineismyfavourite · 03/07/2025 20:10

Oh this thread has made my day! Best laugh I've had in weeks.
I shall return to it when I'm having a bad day to cheer me up.

MrsKypp · 03/07/2025 20:10

The last school Sports Day to accompany my post above.

My Teddy loves Shakesbear. His favourite play is King Bear

Mine had a starring part in A Winter’s Tale

Bear does no one care where the op is? @oioos7

Some of the staff do tend to be a little arrogant at times though.

Not really 😂

They might not get violin lessons from Yogi Bear-ma anymore, but at least my little teddies are still getting a solid state education:

Subjects include:

  • Food Tech – specialising in marmalade sandwiches and bear claws (both pastry and practical).
  • Clawculus – with extra scratch paper, naturally.
  • Paw-litical Studies – covering left wing, right wing, and the constitutional right to bear arms.
  • Fur-eign Languages – “Bonjour, je suis un ours.”
  • Bear-dramatics – featuring the greats: MacBear, Much Ado About Growling, and the masterpawce… The Bear-y Wives of Windsor.
  • Bear-itish Literature – from Paddington’s Diaries to Of Bears and Men, with in-depth study of Roald Pawl and Winnie the Pooh-stmodernism.
  • Growl-ography – tracking salmon streams and picnic sites using only instinct and paw-prints.
  • Paw-sical Education – dodgeball, tree climbing, and competitive honey-pot wrestling (helmets optional).

I love 🧸 🧸 🧸 🧸 so does my daughter. She'll be thrilled you believe they're really real like she does ❤️

All my teddies are really smart and one of them (the koala) even wrote a song.

Ah but that wouldn’t count as koala’s aren’t teddies

ElaineBurdock · 03/07/2025 20:19

My grandson's Teddy is named Treacle. So far it appears as if Treacle is smarter than my grandson. Treacle sits politely in his seat during speech therapy, whereas my grandson runs off to pillage the toy box.

Goldilocksdidarunner · 03/07/2025 20:21

They must do, otherwise why would they leave their house unlocked when going for a walk. They do make a good porridge though... shame about the chair I broke.

TheHillsIsLonely · 03/07/2025 20:22

Have you read the Ofsted report?
