Hello All,

Just seeing if any current parents can tell me if the vast majority of kids at Teddies thrive academically. I have heard this from current parents and students.

Fun fact: Teddies the school is actually older than teddy bears!

No hope for my ds - his favourite cuddly was a clown Shock

my child's was this hand knitted thing that my mum got at a garden fete. It was an indeterminate creature , yellow with brown stripes that looked like a cross between a teddy and a tiger. It was an odd looking thing but deeply loved, not sure what its academic ablities were like or if it had ambitions for higher education.

He probably wasn't academic but earnt his stripes in the military.

I think we should ask Julie and Amanda for their opinions.

Bear does no one care where the op is? @oioos7

Well maybe she's beneath the trees, where nobody sees? She'll hide and we'll seek as long as we please. Of course we care, but we have to abide by the rules of The Teddy Bear's Picnic Games.

Don't be silly! Of course, Teddies can have kids!

....but do they struggle academically? That was @oioos7 's burning question!

@Sweetpea1532 's bear looks pretty clever to me 😍 I'd go as far as to say he looks gif-ted and talen-ted

To be fair, my teddies dont have teddy-children as they don't have wombs, only kapok.

You need to go to build a bear! Get that sorted!

This has to be one of the most utterly ridiculous threads I've ever seen on here.

How on earth can a parent be so out of touch with real life and reality to not understand that

  1. her ridiculous Titled thread would not cause confusion.
  1. To realise that most people on mn do not have a bloody clue what she is talking about.
  1. To understnd that most mn would think she is having some mild confusion about her soft toy collection.

I utterly despair for her poor teddies 🧸 🤭🤭🤔

Ridiculous as it may be, the thread is a furnomenon. I hate to be the bearer of bad news however, it looks as though the OP has hit the paws button as several comments may have been unbearable for them. Maybe called an Ubear and gone for a pina koala.....
