Do Teddies have kids who struggle academically?

Hello All,

Just seeing if any current parents can tell me if the vast majority of kids at Teddies thrive academically. I have heard this from current parents and students.

You’d be better off shifting this to the Education board. Otherwise it looks like something to do with the academic abilities of soft toys.

All my teddies are really smart and one of them (the koala) even wrote a song.

What are Teddies?

Soft furry things that love picnics.

They struggle academically but they do throw a mean picnic.

My son’s Monkey has the lemur equivalent of a PhD, but hasn’t been washed in 13 years.

I do think that is an incredibly sinister song, though.

My polar bear is very concerned about climate change, and no longer travels further than the end of the bed in order to save the planet. I think she is very informed and we should all take a leaf out of her book.

All my teddies were straight A students and their teddies are the same.

Oh dear lord why do private school parents think that everyone knows and cares about their school!? Seriously - they all end up at the same universities!

Unless it's a stuffed goat. They might have kids. Don't know how academic they'd be though

To be fair, my teddies dont have teddy-children as they don't have wombs, only kapok.

To be fair she was just asking a question. It would have been better off in the Education section though.

My bear is very bright, and has lots of sensible life advice, and can speak two languages (his native German, and English). He would love to have children, even if they weren't very bright, but he doesn't have any lady friends and isn't sure it would be ethical to bring single parent cubs into an overcrowded world.

I’d put this into the private school board as it’s incredibly niche and ripe for humour. I love the comment about struggling academically but throwing a mean picnic.

as to their academic credentials, there’s an entrance exam so I think they are weeding out pouring performing kids to keep their exam results high.

if you need a more rounded school look for key phrases like “the whole child” or “not just an exam factory” in their headline publicity and mission. There are boarding schools for the less academically gifted

Yep and then still working at the same job which is nothing to do with their degree.
